Boston Mayor Tom Menino said on Sunday authorities may never be able to question the Boston Marathon bombing suspect, who lies seriously injured and unable to speak after eluding police for 24 hours.

I was riding with a deaf friend once when he got pulled over and I played interpreter just fine.

The young terrorist can tweet his story 240 characters at a time.
Quite an odd statement to be making barely 48 hours after the terrorist was admitted to the hospital. The mayor must be one of the great medical minds in all of history, being able to assess the long term prospects of a 19 year-old so soon after his wounds were experienced.
One time on Howie Carr’s talk radio show he was playing various audio clips of ‘the best of Mumbles Menino’. Totally hilarious listening to the dysfunctional phonetics from the Mayor’s disjointed lips.
One of those bozos on the Round Table part of “This Week” was talking about how it would be wrong to let a single horrible incident like this to hold up changes to immigration policy. I guess it’s OK, though, to let a single horrible incident like Newtown fundamentally alter the 2nd amendment to the Bill of Rights.
These people can’t even see when they’re contradicting themselves.

On the intelligence meter, the Governor rates a 2 out of 10. Mayor Menino doesn't move the needle.
He does have great quotes though. For example,

I second that! His giving information is the only reason to keep him alive.
This puny lil punkash could be ‘gently stimulated’ to give up the goods. We wouldn’t want to treat him mean though now would we? I say let the dead victims families apply that gentle stimulation on lil ‘angel boy’. That tasbard just might get his voice back afterall.
And if Stephen Hawking can ‘talk via electronics’ then angel boy is a candidate too for such a medical device.
