"For the answer to this riddle, we'll set the WABAC machine for November 2nd, 2010..." |
Florida Sen.-elect Marco Rubio announced his top staff, which included three former Romney campaign hands. Sally Canfield, who served as Romney's policy adviser, will be Rubio's legislative director and chief policy adviser; Joe Pounder, who was in charge of rapid response for Romney, will be Rubio's communications director; and Alex Burgos, who directed specialty media for Romney, will serve as director of media affairs for Rubio." -- RCP/Time, Jan. 4, 2011 |
We have to preserve the cultural heritage of America. If we fail to do so, our collapse into some form of "New World Order"--being pushed for decades by different factions on the Left--will become virtually inevitable. (The other alternative will be social chaos.)

What astounded me was when he was on Rush’s program and Rush called him a true conservative.
WTH is going on?
If dubious doesn’t fire this lib idiot, rubio should resign.
Well I guess it’s the same. Democrats supported slavery just like they support illegals.
Marco Rubio looks worse every day. His stupid spokesman shows where Rubio is at and it’s not pretty.
Black Africans were captured by Arabs and sold as slaves to the highest bidder.
These hapless people had no choice. They were captured by force and kept as slaves by force. Those, who had children often saw those children separated from them by force and sold to other masters or kept by the original masters. Again, there were no choices until they were freed by evil republicans after the civil war.
The illegal aliens, who are in America sucking up our resources were not forced here.
Nor are they being kept here by force.
These remarks are insults to every American, whose ancestors were slaves not illegal alien parasites.
Rubio and other “conservatives” peddling amnesty seem to have their own form of political correctness. I fail to see the difference between Jesse Jackson comparing opponents of affirmative action to slaveholders and Rubio’s mouthpieces doing the same for amnesty opponents.
There have been so many “conservatives” who became major disappointments, but few as quickly as Rubio, it seems. I remember in 1978 how Roger Jepsen was strongly conservative, but IA booted him out in 1984 for the permanent Tom Harkin. Jepsen didn’t help himself by “moderating” pretty soon after he arrived in D.C. The cases like this are endless. Even David Vitter in LA has been absent from the latest fights. And I understand John Boozman has been a disappointment in AR too even as that state is poised to move heavily Republican.
A totally bogus claim. No one BOUGHT them and BROUGHT them here. They sneaked over ILLEGALLY!
I say send ‘em back. I have ZERO sympathy. I live in West Texas...it’s a huge problem here. I feel like I live in a foreign country when I go to the grocery store or to our mall.
No offense to any LEGITIMATE Central/South Americans on this forum. I just don’t like illegal activity of any kind!
This is just stupidity. Rubio has gone stupid on this. I do agree that when people support illegal immigrants so they can get low wage labor then it smacks of slavery but more so it is thievery because the low wage illegal immigrant ends up with the tax payer paying for him and his family many times as if he isn’t working at all when the money is dealt in cash. So these companies that are benefiting from low wage illegal immigrants are in a sense stealing from those companies who play by the rules and don’t hire illegals and no matter how inexpensive your lettuce or strawberries are I’m sure the cost to tax payers in illegal immigration health and human services far exceeds the benefit.
Rubio is losing me day by day as a supporter over this issue. Really don’t trust his judgment at this point.
