It's so troubling to watch the nightly news night after night and see them ignoring this story! I'm going to be contacting to some members of Congress to bring it up to them, but I'd really like to do more.
I think I read a few days ago that 72 members of Congress had signed letters written to the large networks about the case not being covered in the media. That does not seem to have changed anything, from what I can tell.
It did get a little uptick in the state controlled “media” today when some “judge” dropped three of the murder charges. I imagine we’ll be hearing quite a bit from the toads once the entire case is dismissed.
What do you suggest a nuclear weapon? A time machine? A mind control ray? Outside of science fiction, I don’t think there is a way to get the media to cover this case.
Okay, thanks, I went to the article on that. But have they been mentioning it when they get camera time on the networks? Signing a petition is good if they also talk about the issue on TV, but if they just sign a petition and keep silent, that can just be a way of saying they’ve done something.
They’re covering it today because he was acquitted by the judge of three murder counts, including the baby boy stored in the freezer.
So true. I had to laugh. Thanks.
I’m glad it made you smile. We need more smiles.
So the only option is just to sit back and complain about it? I just went to ABC News and tweeted, asking them why they aren’t covering it. I signed up for Twitter just because the burying of this story is so unbelievably wrong.
PBS finally broke down and covered this case Monday. The unsanitary conditions seemed more of a concern than gruesomely murdered born live babies, though. How can this not be considered murder by the legal system?
A whole lot of them are DemocRat party whores. Not a chance.
FOX gave this trial a one night “lipspeak”. That is about it. Drew Barrymore getting drunk takes precedent.
Yeah, but with enough pressure brought, they would have to cover it. I just read the other day the old expression that “God and one person makes a majority.” What is too hard for God? Praying about this and then looking to Him to show us how to go about this, and believing it can come about, through Him, would get them to cover this. There’s are more than enough Christians left in the country that they can’t ignore us if we don’t take them doing that to us. I noticed that they got emboldened by the Terri Schiavo uproar, and where they used to be afraid of saying too much, when they all got on air at the same time, they got courage from their numbers, and they haven’t looked back since. They’re sure they can get Rush Limbaugh to crawl, to get a backlash on Susan Komen dropping PP funding, and Facebook is confident to support gay marriage. But if Christians don’t back down, they will lose their false confidence because there is no real courage apart from the Lord.
You mean probably on the “News Hour”? I missed that. I watched the NBC Nightly News tonight and it was not surprisingly not on. If you compare this to the Trayvon Martin case, and all the attention and twisted, lying journalism that case got, it seems are country is in a really bad way. I have no confidence that the direction we’re going in can be stopped, because the Bible tells us differently, but I believe we can slow things down, and that the Bible also directs us to do that by exposing the unfruitful works of darkness. I used to be a Democrat, pretty liberal, and I know that makes a difference.
And let me also add, look what happened in the Trayvon Martin case, with all of its lies/irresponsible journalism which could have led to violence. I am a former liberal Christian/Democrat, so I don’t always still see everything eye to eye with other conservative Republicans, but that Trayvon Martin case, where the national media didn’t so much as listen to the Zimmerman’s call to police, and said blatanly false things like he was told by police to remain in his car, just shows how unprincipled the media has gotten. I know it was bad years ago, but it really feels free to push its views now, but a lot of that abuse can be stopped, with God’s help.
