Two unnamed U.S. officials have told the Associated Press that the surviving suspect in the Boston bombings was unarmed when police captured him hiding inside a boat in a neighborhood back yard. The report contradicts the Boston police department's own account of Dzhokar Tsarnaev's capture on Friday - after commissioner Ed Davies described a firefight between him and officers before the terror suspect was captured.
The New York Times also said an M4 rifle had been found on the boat - another claim contradicted by the latest revelations.

so he did NOT shoot himself in the throat before getting off that boat.
So I am back again to exactly when was he shot in the head as he seemed able bodied enough to get off that boat.

Interesting that an entire division of police marched through residential neighborhoods, ripping families from their homes by armed force, yet they were hunting an unarmed suspect who might have been debilitated in a previous firefight.
I hope there’s a Watertown neighborhood class action civil rights lawsuit against every local and state police department for what they went through. Unconscionable.
Let’s look at the physical facts.
The younger brother is in the hospital with a serious, gunshot, injury to the throat. Injuries to that area of the body tend to lead to serious bleeding.
Everyone agrees with the report that he had attempted suicide prior to his capture. This was done with a gun.
Pictures of the boat taken shortly after he was taken into police custody show no blood trails.
So where/when did he attempt suicide?

I heard on Fox lastnight that they only had one gun and got the second one from the officer they killed at MIT. Nothing more is being said about the pressure cooker bomb or the grenades they threw at the police during the chase, Why forcibly remove Americans from their homes at gunpoint if these two terrorists were not armed to the teeth? If all they had was one gun Patrick has some questions to answer!

I keep having these doubts from Day One that the massive armed raid of houses was about something else.
I was at the gym last night and AC360 was on. They talked about the “grenades” that Tsarnaevs threw at the police. They were combination electrical/fuse detonator bombs.

Fox mentioned that too and I wondered why they said he got the gun. One thing bothers me.
tamerlan had the only gun as he was firing at the police and they killed him, his brother jumped in the car and ran him over. How did his brother get the gun from tamerlan in all that chaos?
Based on past cases of perps being accidentally shot by cops with poor trigger finger discipline, I'm speculating he was shot, probably by accident, after he got off the boat, while he was on the ground being cuffed, by a cop who couldn't keep his finger off his trigger.
