If so, the ruse involved uniformed police for the escorts. I'm not suggesting the police were aware of the ruse, but with Mannino as mayor, I have no doubt Mannino's administration is capable of such underhanded deception.

I think that that the funeral centers should accept his body, on the condition that it comes in a sack made from pig’s hide.
