If there's no keeper for a state, then go to my home page, about page, etc. The states are in alphabetical order from JLS in Alabama to archy in Wyoming. I couldn't label the states because I wanted a national list of states. I can post it as one long string of screen names.
Screen names often include the name of the state or its abbreviation. You just have to inspect it for a particular state.

You can probably remove SC Swamp Fox and dixie sass from the SC ping list managers. I haven’t heard from either of them is a long time. Swamp Fox’s last post was 04/03/2013 and Dixie Sass hasn’t posted since 10/09/2011.

I don't think it's a bad idea to have two or more people keeping a single state's ping list. People are not on this forum 24/7. It's a convenience activity. People have lives beyond this forum. Stuff happens. I wasn't on this forum when Cuomo pulled his gun grab in January because of family matters.
