C-Span putting Benghazi on C-SPAN3

I just sent the following to viewer@c-apan.org

With all due respect, does your organization, paid for by our tax dollars, honestly think the South Korean Presidents speech is more important than the Benghazi hearings? HONESTLY!?

Put her on 3 and elevate the hearings to either C-Span or C-Span2 where most people are able to see it on their televisions. Of utmost concern, is your access to the bandwidth necessary to eliminate cutouts and drop-offs. DirecTV only has 1 and 2 on their lineup and from what I am told is the case for most other cable providers, without having to buy additional premium services.

Put the hearings where the most people can watch them, easily!

Hello — I’m with C-SPAN. I read through the comments and wanted to provide some information about our coverage of the House Benghazi hearing.
Hopefully this is helpful:
You can watch the hearing LIVE starting 11:30am on C-SPAN3 on TV and also at this link online: http://www.c-span.org/
The hearing will be shown in its entirety.
After the hearing concludes, the full event will be available to watch again via C-SPAN’s Video Library http://www.c-spanvideo.org/videoLibrary/
You can clip, share, and embed that archived video.
We will also re-air the hearing on C-SPAN Networks tonight and over the weekend.
Some on this thread have wondered why the hearing is live on C-SPAN3, and not C-SPAN or C-SPAN2. Simple answer: since C-SPAN began in 1979, we’ve been committed to showing gavel-to-gavel coverage of the House floor on C-SPAN and, since 1986, gavel-to-gavel coverage of the Senate floor on C-SPAN2. When those two chambers are in session, like today, hearing coverage goes on C-SPAN3.
Also, please remember that C-SPAN is privately funded (created by the cable industry). Not a dime of government money involved.
Thank you.

CSpan-1, the House of Reps channel, carried every Fast & Furious hearing, start to finish. There is no question Obama Thugs made sure such publicity would not happen again.

Either that, or the House was not in session during those hearings and it is today.

I remember when FReepers used to have facts instead of emotions and conspiracy theories.

Spare your snark for someone who cares.

Well, well. We have your attention now.

"Also, please remember that C-SPAN is privately funded (created by the cable industry). Not a dime of government money involved.

Just like not a dime of the product that I buy from a retailer ever goes to pay the corporate taxes for that retailer? Excuse me, but we are just a bit ahead of that curve you think you just threw.

Thanks for coming forth to try in any regard.
