Carney just said repeatedly at the WH briefing that Ambassador Rice very clearly left open the possibility that Benghazi was a result of terrorism because they didn’t yet have all of the facts.
What Susan Rice said, and I quote, was “what happened in Benghazi was in fact initially a spontaneous reaction ...”
She said “in fact.” Isn’t that in and of itself stating facts he claims they didn’t have?
