Got to be fake.
How did the broadcaster know the man’s name was Will?

Watch the position of his head as he talks to the broadcaster. Then, when he begins to sing, he turns so as to face the camera. How did he know where the camera was?

"Bet those two have a wonderful marriage, God Bless em!" That's what I though, too. Can't you just picture them lighting it up at the Karaoke Bar on Saturday night?

Asking him would be my wild guess.

Don’t know how spontaneous it was but it gave me a good laugh on a day I needed one. I wish them well.

Saw it, laughed and enjoyed the heck out of it. Even better when Leno brought them on the show so they could sing to the audience during breaks.
Seemed like a really nice, happily married couple. Loved that she was laughing in the vehicle while her husband was singing to the pump!

Real or faked, it was a funny, entertaining bit! Something non-political or partisan, no agenda other than to make us laugh and be happy for a few minutes.

There was some staging, of course. Several camera shots are from behind the car looking at the pump or in front of the car looking in at his wife ... it doesn't diminish my appreciation for how much they obviously enjoy being with each other. Everyone should get to experience a bit of that.
