Dick Morris, who famously predicted that Mitt Romney would defeat President Barack Obama in a "landslide," has now joined the Beltway mob in blaming radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh for the Republican Party's woes, the Daily Caller reports. Morris also claimed that the Senate immigration bill "is not only a good solution--it's the only solution" to the nation's illegal immigration problem. Dick Morris is a weasel. His predictions are awful. His original claim to fame was advising Democrats (Bill Clinton) to moderate (stop being so liberal) so they could win elections. Big whoop. Many political strategists knew that. When he wore out his welcome with Democrats, he found a niche telling conservatives what they wanted to hear on Fox News and right of center talk shows - pimping endless books along the way.

He also distinguished himself in the 2010 Senate race by highlighting at least five or six races, including Harry Reid and Barbara Boxer, and then simply announced that Republicans would win upsets in every one and take the Senate.

Yup, lots of people forget how wrong he was in 2010. His Senate predictions were terrible, but he was also suggesting the Republicans could win upwards of 100 House seats and that wasn't even close.

Republicans may be split over this issue, but that split goes back to Eisenhower and Taft, Goldwater and Rockefeller, Reagan and Ford, etc.
Never trusted Dick Morris, he appears to be on the political side that is profitable for him at the time, I doubt he has real core beliefs or convictions but goes where he believes there is more money.

Dick Morris is kinda late to the party, isn’t he? The Republican Establishment has been blaming Rush for YEARS for the fact that they lose big races, though that usually happens when a conservative isn’t running.
