“Is that all you have son..just cussing?”

It makes me suspect that he’s a teenager or at least not much older. Most grow out of it or finally figure out that profanity only reinforces the perception that they can’t defend their position.

I have none. Has paranoia always run so deep in your family or does that come from being a Confederate wannabe?

You’re a liar

And just like your pal Rocky...a coward who lacks the temerity to acknowledge anything about where your. south hatred comes from?

If youre a retread you’ll be found out but u likely have other accounts already

Matt lives in rural NE Florida....surrounded by y’all types....and even southern imagery you so loathe

And as usual...again I apologize about that master slave stuff

We can move on I swear....you just have to learn to forgive

How do you maintain the energy to lambast these haters?...much respect for you...I ran out of energy quite some time back...I feel ashamed but i just don’t have the desire to educate yankees anymore...I let them wallow in the mire they’ve created...I just wish they’d stay up in their tolerant paradises...Friggin’ skeeters and 100% humidity can’t keep them from retiring on the gulf coast....Gulf Shores is the lower peninsula of Michigan now...I just like the ones that have seen the light...not the mild winters.

Thanks.

I wish I was on the coast right about now.

Rainy and cool here.

Man...Gulf Shores was all southern in my day...and tiny.

Only yankees were a few at Ingalls over in Pascagoula and some at Brookley field

and their politics didn’t come up much like now

notice these boys here refuse to say anything about who or what they are

simply here to stir up crap

Except they are not. Washington was not known for cruelty to his slaves, as Lee was even before the insurrection.

Washington put down an insurrection with the help of Lee’s father. Lee supported an insurrection.

I figure the St. Andrews Cross with stars is a proper symbol for elements of the US. The pretended confederacy was conquered, and all property to which it pretended returned to the US, to include the song “Dixie” and the “Southern Cross” flag.

Dixie was written in New York City....

Welcome to FreeRepublic’s lunatic asylum. This is the bizzaro room where up is down and seditionists are celebrated as patriots.

Man did you nail it with paranoia. Check out post 119 and see how some folks feeeeeeeel a sense of persecution with manufactured boogeymen behind every bush. Then check out a few of the user profile pages where some of these klowns proudly display their enemies lists. Take note of how they call in 3rd parties and pile-on and make asinine attempts at bullying.

And then note how they have the audacity to call us “haters” LOL.

They are a pathetic bunch of misfits.

The slave owners family members dies in greater proportion.

The sad thing is, the slave owners forced non-slave owners to fight using conscription. Slave owners were given a deferment. The slave power send their sons as a willing sacrifice to secure their continued freedom to enslave, rape, and kidnap.

I was at a wedding last year. One old guy kept going on about the “War of Northern Aggression”. I asked him what he was angry about. He was upset that Atlanta was burned.

I said “Yes, Hood shouldn’t have done that. It was his duty to protect the city from his ammunition train, and he refused to do so.”

The room was quiet for about a minute. A minister changed the subject.

Let me see if I understand you . (If it is even possible to understand a somewhat brainwashed deranged individual)

Question: Are you saying that the purposeful burning and destroying of property by invading Yankee Armies was a fabrication? I just want you to be clear, you seen to be beating around the bush. Just come out and say it. There are SOOO many examples you seem to be denying reality. It is getting old.

And to the other less rabid members of the Lincoln Coven, do you agree with your pit bull- donmeaker?

Confederate forces marched out of Jackson to break the siege of Vicksburg in early July 1863. However, unknown to them, Vicksburg had already surrendered on July 4, 1863. General Ulysses S. Grant dispatched General Sherman to meet the Confederate forces heading west from Jackson. Upon learning that Vicksburg had already surrendered, the Confederates retreated back into Jackson, thus beginning the Siege of Jackson, which lasted for approximately one week. Union forces encircled the city and began an artillery bombardment. One Union artillery emplacements is still intact on the grounds of the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Another Federal position is still intact on the campus of Millsaps College. One of the Confederate Generals defending Jackson was former United States Vice President John C. Breckenridge. On July 16, 1863, Confederate forces slipped out of Jackson during the night and retreated across the Pearl River. Union forces completely burned the city after its capture this second time, and the city earned the nickname "Chimneyville" because only the chimneys of houses were left standing. The northern line of Confederate defenses in Jackson during the siege was located along a road near downtown Jackson, now known as Fortification Street.

Lee asked for forgiveness, by applying for pardon.

Of course there was burning and destruction. It started at Ft. Sumter, when the US soldiers there were fired on by the insurrection, without giving any provocation.

Of course there was burning and destruction. Hood set his ammunition train on fire in the middle of the city. The fire spread to the rest of the city. Hood pulled his soldiers out rather than fight the fire. US Army forces under Sherman put out the fire, just as they put out fires in other southern cities as withdrawing rebels, or rebel deserters set fire to hide evidence of their crimes.

Of course there was burning and destruction. Sherman ordered that government property that could be used by the rebels be destroyed, and that houses used by rebels as they fired on US forces were to be destroyed.

Of course there was burning and destruction. The forces of the insurrection in addition to starting fires, slashed the hoses of fire companies to make it more difficult for US forces to put out fires, and stacked flammable material in the the city to enable the southern cities to be more quickly destroyed.

US forces did requisition property, under orders. Gen Grant had a horse named “Jeff Davis” that came from a plantation owned by the traitor of the same name.
