Seems sometime ago, someone from the budgets office was asked if security funds were too low to provide more personnel and the answer was a resounding “NO”! The democrats are very famous for the lying ability.

Good grief. Even Hitlary isn't using this lie Boxer of Rocks. Embassay security is the responsibility of the State Department. Benghazi happened on September 11, 2012. "Sequestration", which was 0bama's plan (remember?) didn't begin until 2013.
AND, remember 0bama's debate performance (October 22, 2012) regarding HIS 'Sequester' ... which he also said wouldn't happen ....
Bob Woodward: Obama 'mistaken' on sequester ... What the President said is not correct.
NO ONE was blaming Embassay security funding. Boxer o rocks ... EPIC FAIL.
