Although it appears Obama is immune from impeachment, the challenge is to think of ANYTHING that he could be impeached for! CAN you? This list is by no means complete, but have a look.. It's your turn. Go ahead!
Would he have to fail to force Eric Holder to resign following his 'Fast & Furious' scandal and Congress' finding that Holder was in 'Contempt of Congress'?
Would he have to deceive the American people by lying about Obamacare not being a tax solely for purposes of getting it passed in Congress then arguing it as a tax before the Supreme Court of the United States? Surprise, IT'S THE HIGHEST TAX INCREASE IN AMERICAN HISTORY; 21 NEW TAXES!
Would he have to continue to amend, change, alter, and modify the Obamacare law without consent of Congress?
Would he have to unilaterally issue to his friends, 1,200 waivers to Obamacare without approval from Congress?
Would he have to SUE America's States over their immigration law enforcement activities?
Would he have to unilaterally overturn Welfare Reform laws without consent from Congress?
Would he have to fail to stop the release of the mass murdering Lockerbie bomber from prison?
Would he have to fund a sworn enemy of the United States (the Muslim Brotherhood) towards winning a presidential election in Egypt?
Would he have to continue to aid and abet a sworn enemy of the United States (the Muslim Brotherhood) with F-16 fighter jets and over $250 million while at the same time citing 'sequestration' as the reason for closing White House tours and other domestic cuts?
Would he have to SUE America's States over their mandatory Voter ID requirements (The Supreme Court of the United States has already approved Voter ID in their April 2008 ruling)?
Would he have to repeatedly refuse to hold press conferences where all questions and reporters aren't chosen and scripted in advance?
Would he have to sign an executive order that allows Interpol to operate in US territory with impunity and without oversight by Congress, the courts, FBI or local law enforcement?
Would he have to allow his EPA director Lisa Jackson to illegally use personal Email accounts ('Richard Windsor') for official business?
Would he have to allow Iran to keep one of our sensitive reconnaissance drones by standing down any attempts to retrieve or destroy it?
Would he have to subvert Congress and Federal Immigration Laws via Executive Order by refusing to deport illegal aliens, and also refuse to prosecute sanctuary cities for harboring illegal aliens?
Would he have to lie about the number of deportations of Mexican illegal immigrants by overstating them?
Would he have to bar Arizona from doing background checks on illegal aliens the day after the SCOTUS deemed such checks lawful?
Would he have to wrongfully investigate 'low level' white house staffers purposefully to avoid catching the REAL culprits in the leaking of classified information which are much higher up in the chain of command?
Would he have to fail to treat the takeover of sovereign land in Arizona by the Mexican drug cartel as an Act of War?
Would he have to announce his refusal to enforce Federal Law; the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) and U.S. Immigration Laws? Would he have to unilaterally request the SCOTUS to overturn a Federal Law?
Would he have to sign into law the Unconstitutional government takeover of our health care system?
Would he have to be the son of a man who wasn't a citizen of the United States at the time of his birth, rending him ineligible to be President of the United States?
Would he have to appoint progressive socialists, communists, Fascists and Marxists as illegal Czars and in other key positions within our government?
Would he have to refuse to allow access to his original Hawaiian birth records, college transcripts, or health records?
Would he have to refuse to release the longform PAPER copy of his birth certificate instead of a computer-generated one in PDF format only?
Would he have to have a suspended law license and refuse to disclose the reason for it?
Would he have to mastermind a plot to flood Mexico with assault weapons in an attempt to "brainwash" the American people towards acceptance of gun control and to shut down American firearms dealers (FFL's)?
Would he have to sanction the DHS's purchases of large quantities of ammunition for the purpose of depleting the supply available to American citizens (De facto gun control)?
Would he have to plot the falsification of a BP oil spill committee report to make it appear top scientists support his domestic oil drilling moratoriums?
Would he and many in his administration have to lie to the American public for weeks about the Benghazi attack being triggered by a "protest over an Anti-Islam video" which we now know is a complete fabrication?
Would he have to draw-down security on the Benghazi embassy prior to 09/11/12 even though that Embassy had been attacked twice beforehand and requested additional security numerous times?
Would he have to fail to ask the Libyan government for clearance to send fighter jets into Benghazi to intimidate the attackers?
Would he have to stand down rescuing SEALs and our Ambassador under attack near our Embassy resulting in the deaths of four Americans because he was afraid it might negatively impact his re-election campaign?
Would he have to assign Susan Rice to lie about Benghazi on the Sunday news programs multiple times then proclaim "she has nothing to do with Benghazi"?
Would he have to say he wasn't aware that Benghazi survivors were being prevented from speaking to Congress?
Would he have to resume campaigning in Las Vegas one day after a terrorist attack on a United States Embassy in Libya?
Would he have to refuse to meet with Bibi Netanyahu of Israel, concerning the nuclear Iran threat, while instead appearing on various TV shows including The View?
Would he have to say "The future does not belong to those who slander the Prophet Mohammed"?. Shouldn't our president be an ADVOCATE for free speech in America, instead of condeming it?
Would he have to transfer an unlawful enemy combatant captured on foreign soil (Sulaiman Abu Ghaith, son-in-law of Osama bin Laden) to U.S. soil in federal civilian court in New York City rather than in a Military Tribunal?
Would he have to infringe on our Second Amendment rights by advocating gun control laws?
Would he have to illegally use agencies such as the IRS in an attempt to destroy pro-Israel and conservative groups such as the Tea Party?
Would he have to deny that he knew anything about the IRS scandal?
Would he have to repeatedly lie to the American people by denying he knows details about scandals occurring within his own administration?
Would he have to use agencies such as the DOJ to illegally acquire and use phone records of the press for leverage in his re-election campaign?
Even though sworn to uphold federal law under the United States Constitution, would he have to tell Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona that if her law enforcement officers call ICE to take custody of a suspected illegal immigrant, that the Feds won't come pick them up or deport them?
Would he have to use the 'nonpartisan' National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) to protect labor unions by strong-arming right to work states by illegally attempting to block the relocation of a private business?
Would he have to force closure of mostly conservative-operated automobile dealerships in favor of keeping open dealerships mostly run by donors to his campaign?
Would he have to illegally pressure the Dept. of Energy to give his associates at Solyndra a loan for their lavishly appointed but failed project? Was Solyndra a money-laundering operation?
Would he have to label Muslim Major Hasan's massacre at Ft. Hood "workplace violence" instead of a terrorist attack?
Would he have to repeatedly play down Islamic extremism as the enemy in the War on terror by refusing to say 'terrorist attack' and removing all references to Islam from U.S. military training manuals? Did Obama's subversive policies and unwillingness to profile Muslims prevent the FBI from stopping the Boston bombing?
Would he have to be consistently derelict in holding any of his agency heads accountable for any of their crimes, including Janet Napolitano and Eric Holder? Why do these individuals still have their jobs after having committed perjury before Congress and other, more serious crimes?
Would he have to permit a Muslim cleric to desecrate Navy SEALs at their own memorial service?
He would have to declare his love for Rush.
I think it's over for Obama, even if he remains in office.
He has been exposed for what we conservatives have always known he was...a petty Chicago thug and tyrant.
These recent discovers and charges can be used to destroy the trust that anyone has in him (except for his people of course...they don't care about anything except his race).
The race card would be played at maximum value.
And now the time has come for Obama to take military action...or stand down.
I think what we are seeing is a soft coup to seize power from Obama and return it to the Citizens of the United States. This is his time to fight or give up.
Apparently he would walk even if he axe murdered the Blind Boys of Alabama on the White House lawn on Easter morning.

The answer is “tell the truth.”
That would likely apply to three-quarters of the incumbents over two centuries, so it’s not much of a test.

But from a distance, it looks like Obama might have fatally p!ssed off the CIA and they are responding before John Brennan can get his and Obama's claws into their Agency.
And how does lack of trust affect him??? He's already in office for 4 more years and his party will just do whatever he wants.
He would have to promise to get on a spaceship going to Mars with only enough fuel for a one way trip. Then, if he somehow managed to manufacture fuel on the red planet in sufficient quantity by using his sheer, untapped genius to do so and returned to earth, it would be grounds for impeachment. If not, he could remain as president and we would also consider him to be Universal president, for life.
2014 is on the horizon and there will be some, perhaps many, democrats who will need distance from the WH.
Look at what just happened with gun control. Obama wanted it and campaigned relentlessly, marching out the parents of dead children from Newtown and holding presser after presser...and he lost.
It will get worse now...much worse for Obama.
Even AP can't trust him anymore.
Bottom line...you may be correct, of course. But for the time being, I am letting myself consider things in a positive light. And man, does it feel GOOD!

I agree there could be a lot of unintended consequences.
But I just have a feeling we need to get this particular guy out of office before he can do more damage.
The future yeah we need to worry about, but if he continues in office we may not even have 2016 elections.
He would have to turn the desk in the Oval Office into a satanic altar and sacrifice year-old or older children with an Aztec knife, on every TV channel.
Even that might not do it.

Maybe if he seized two major iconic American companies by voiding the contracts of the legal bond holders (under coercion) then gave those companies to his union cronies?
