Using the full force of the feral government for political purposes is not a crime when Democrats do it.

This should be a criminal and civil RICO prosecution.

Nupe. It's just peachy. They had to do it after all; if they hadn't, why... Obama might not have been re-elected! Give me a break!

Of course if a Republican does such a thing, or even so much as thinks about doing such a thing, it's a crime on the same order as Nero fiddling while Rome burned. It's shredding the constitution. It's destroying the concept of "a nation of laws, not of men."

if this happens, they must give the prosecutor a tight timeline and not allow it to go on forever. We need action a quickly as can be reasonably expected. Attorneys seem to always work in slow motion.

States need to step out of their comfort zones. Send in state prosecutors to investigate and arrest these federal fascists. We’re not going to defeat the federal fascists until states, counties and local governments step in to challenge these gestapo slugs. If states are so afraid of the 70 IQ fat federal slobs, hire a retired Marine or Army Ranger general to train a battalion-size strike force.
