Shocking CCTV footage from a gas station in Detroit shows a 64-year-old man being stabbed in a brutal attack while witnesses stood by and watch.
The horrifying images show the victim being repeatedly knifed by a hooded attacker, while two other men in the store look on without trying to intervene.
Police are looking for the attacker and the two witnesses following the incident at the gas station off of Lodge Freeway near 8 Mile Road.

I ain’t watching it because I’ll get too pissed off. Ban guns but knives are OK, so this way somebody can stab you to death and you can’t defend yourself.

Detroit is an open carry city but apparently no one there was.

“Interveneing” without a firearm is a good way to find yourself on a slab. Even with a firearm at that kind of range you can get you killed.
What to do with Detroit...bankrupt and populated by feral pitbulls? I’d say about 100 megatons would do the trick.
I watched a BBC show called “Meet the Natives”, where they took stone-age tribesmen from a Pacific island, and brought them to stay with families in England, with all the modern conveniences. These tribesmen had a custom where, after the evening meal, all the men would gather and chew some local stimulant plant and shoot the breeze all night long. They couldn’t understand how a similar custom wasn’t observed by the people they stayed with. That is, until they were introduced to a local pub, which they recognized as the British version of their tribal custom.
Seems to me that standing around on the street corner at night is the ghetto version of this “tribal meeting”.
They’ll revert to that “raped ape” behavior when all you have to do is look at them cross-eyed.

If this was a gang initiation, then the "witnesses" would be fellow gang members making sure he did the initiation requirement, with the added job of stepping in if the target tried to defend himself.
