Listen to the tape. These guys say their sources told them two Cincinnati IRS agents have been subpoenaed to testify before Congress on Monday and they are saying they just followed orders from higher up.
You have obviously never tried suing a government agency.

The letters have now been found to come from a lot of other states, so it was not confined to one city, or state, for that matter! These guys really do think we’re all dumb. Miles, a partner at the law firm Sutherland Asbill & Brennan. The firm is based in Atlanta but has a number of offices including in Washington, D.C., where Miles works.
The 400-attorney firm hosted an organizing meeting at its Atlanta office for people interested in helping with voter registration for the Obama re-election campaign.
