Chris Matthews toxic anti-conservative vitriol has spread onto other MSNBC shows, infecting them with his slanderous language. It is no secret that Matthews opposes the Tea Party as extremists, often times accusing them of outright racism towards President Obama.
Appearing on PoliticsNation with racist host Al Sharpton, Chris Matthews disgustingly claimed that a full 10-20 percent of this country:
[w]ant this president to have an asterisk next to his name in the history books that he really wasn't president They can't stand the idea that he is president. And a piece of it is racism. Not that somebody in one racial group doesn't like somebody in another racial group. So what? It is the sense that the white race must rule. [See video after jump. MP3 audio here.]
Matthews racist rhetoric didnt stop there, essentially claiming that 20 percent of the nation are outright racist, although he had no evidence to back up the number he seemed to pull out of thin air:
That's what racism is. And they can't stand the idea that a man who is not white is president. That is real. That sense of racial superiority and rule is in the hearts of some people in this country.
To Matthews, a large percentage of the objection people have to Obama is racially motivated, disguised as dissatisfaction with things such as ObamaCare:
He wasn't really wasnt the first African-American president. He really didn't do health care. He really didn't kill Bin Laden. Theres an asterisk. And they've been fighting for that, the people like Donald Trump since day 1. They can't stand the idea that he is president.
Unsurprisingly, NewsNation host Sharpton agreed with Matthews racist comments, saying that objection to Obama goes beyond garden-variety racism to white supremacy:
And you take away everything. And because that's what white supremacy is. And that's not calling all of them that. But clearly there is an element there.
Such charges are baseless and unsubstantiated and unfit for broadcasters to spew on air on an alleged news program, but this is par for the course for MSNBC.
There are way too many white screwballs for this to make sense.
“Chris Matthews: 10-20% Of America Dont Support Obama Because They Believe White Race Must Rule”
So what, a solid 13% support Obama because they believe
that “the black race must rule”.
Sure, I didn’t want Obama for President.
I wanted an American!
(Corrected because I know what I said is 100% true, based on the last two elections.)
80% of Americans think Chris Matthews is Slow Joe’s lost twin and the other 20% think Chris Matthews was the product of a botched abortion.
Too bad Chrissie - that old race dog don’t hunt anymore.
I’d much rather be ruled by Thomas Sowell than ANY member of the Dem Caucus in Congress or of the DGA.
Cue the Dog Whistles!
If you don’t approve of Obama it must be because you are racist!
Dog Whistles, the last resort of the left. When all else fails bring in race.
If he would have been thinking, he could have rented Al Sharpton or JJ Jackson on short notice.
What percentage are glad that it isn’t a white guy screwing up?
Slow news day at MSNBC.
Chris Matthews has spent too much time popping Prozac and lives in an unreal world.
I see her! On the right (so to speak), toward the top of the pic, immediately below a woman dressed in pink I *think* is a (light skinned) black woman wearing a black/white dress.
Now for a real challenge: find the conservative.
Chrissy Pooh says such things because he belives those things inhabiting Mans Country bath house in Chicago are representative of what America thinks.
“Tingles” is wrong.
A majority of people named Chris Matthews who feel tingles in their legs are blithering idiots.
These days, the only people who believe that the “white race must rule” are a bunch of fringe cranks. Of course, through about 1960, the idea that the white race must rule was the foundation of the Democratic Party and most of their leaders and supporters believed it.
Even if this were remotely true, at best they would offset the 80-90% of journalists who believe that Obama is a qualified President simply because he’s a half-black, liberal.
