Under President Obama, “justice” is anything but blind. Neither is it deaf. In fact, based on recent revelations, it appears to be watching your every move and listening to your every word. Still, if you happen to be a federal employee, now it’s even listening for your silence.
The only thing this Obama White House seems to generate is scandal. Well, here’s yet another to add to the growing list. In addition to the Benghazi cover-up, IRS targeting of political dissenters and the illegal seizure of media phone records, whistleblowers within DOJ have contacted Liberty Counsel to express grave concerns over this administration’s latest attack on freedom. Our sources have provided Liberty Counsel an internal DOJ document titled: “LGBT Inclusion at Work: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Managers.” It was emailed to DOJ managers in advance of the left’s so-called “Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Pride Month.”
The document is chilling. It’s riddled with directives that grossly violate – prima facie –employees’ First Amendment liberties.
Following are excerpts from the “DOJ Pride” decree. When it comes to “LGBT pride,” employees are ordered:
“DON’T judge or remain silent. Silence will be interpreted as disapproval.” (Italics mine)
That’s a threat.

There was some court settlement two or three decades ago in which GOP agreed not to chase voter fraud. I don’t have the details handy.

The new normal is that tolerance is out, acceptance is out, since both hint at disapproval (tolerate as in put up with, accept as to let it go).
Affirmation is now required. In the case of the memo, the suggestion is strong that affirmation is required.

So it seems like “approval “ would also be “judgement”. Double talk at its finest. Even I could beat that into splinters in court and I’m only an attorney in my own mind.
... and there's the problem right there. The WWII generation is just about gone but there are still plenty of pesky Americans who remember the real America.
Obama was "protected" from her in Indonesia and Hawaii and with as much red indoctrination as his commie family could shovel into him, but being that sane America was still alive at that time, Obama knows exactly who she is.
He despises the real America with every rotted, corrupt fiber of his being. Obama and his fellow liars must uproot your type out of the land, precisely because you remember, recognize, and default toward the truth despite decades of agitprop spewed from the media, schools, and all government entities.
The beast system understands that there are those who do not derive their value system nor await moral direction from the government god. The system is acting with the present audacity in order to force a reaction from this particular demographic, in order to out i.e. IDENTIFY and TARGET them (you, us).
Notice that with the many state governments grabbing and running with the *illegitimate authority* to redefine marriage, those who oppose the debasement of the language can and will be hunted down, abused, and persecuted for refusing to allow the beast system to dictate, corrupt, and debase their moral values.
This has happened because the government has become the god of the land. Those who refuse to bow to the beast and instead take direction from a higher power must be villified and destroyed, because by their "orientation" [toward the truth] they testify to the existence and authority of that Higher Power.
JCP wasn't trying to attract Sodomite shoppers (that makes no sense on its face)... the heirachy's intent was to generate outrage with the store's primary and traditional customers, who would readily "out" themselves as beast-system non-compliants. Gathering that information was worth running a company into the ground. Eh, it was an ugly (read: American] company anyway.

Of course Obama had indicated he will side with the Muslims if “push comes to shove”, so I guess Muslims can do no wrong in his eyes.
North Korea is an atheist state and their party line is homosexuality is just fine as long as it is not the western version of homosexuality which they claim encourages promiscuity and the creation of special entitled classes of people based on sexual preferences.
You are certainly correct they don't force it on their populace like Obama and his minions are trying to do.
