This is a pretty long, convoluted article, but it is, imo, a must read. The Ozero administration has literally criminalized the act of journalism. Reporters of all ideological stripes, from the NY Times to Fox News, are being indicted by Ozero’s DOJ and will be facing jail time.

That's incorrect. No reporters have actually been indicted. Rosen is essentially an "unindicted co-conspirator" under the law.
Risen (not Rosen) was subpoenaed to testify in a whistleblower prosecution case. He is refusing at this point. If the Court orders him to testify, he says he will not. At that point, the Court can hold him in contempt and jail him.
