Kansas City councilman Jermaine Reed wanted to have an “honest” discussion on race. But like Attorney General Eric Holder and former CNN anchor Soledad O’Brien, who made similar pleas before him, he did not really say more than that.
Green’s call for honest talk came after three years and dozens of episodes of black mob violence at the Plaza in Kansas City.
He wanted an explanation as to why police only cited black people.
I could not tell if he was unhappy with the black people for frequent and large-scale episodes of mob violence – or with the police for catching them.

My daughter was at the Plaza one Friday night to see a movie with her little friends and I got a call to get down there asap because there was a curfew. When I arrived 10 mins later a female police lady was standing with my daughter and her friend as if guarding her from predators. I had no clue there was even a problem, the KC press has kept it so quiet. The Plaza is where all the hoi poloi shop, with a Burberry, lulu lemon, a Tiffany’s.........if the rioters want to wreck it, Kansas City will be officially DOA. The schools are already non accredited. It is another Detroit in the making. Maybe I should move.
I think the KC mayor gets it, he is from a large blue stocking law firm. Smart guy

When the blacks are the problem you will not see any mention of that. If it is a white person — it is mentioned prominently and first.

I watched what the Dem/Black/Hisp machine did to my hometown. Lovely working class and middle class neighborhoods abandoned, people just walking away from their properties. Not Detroit, the Northeast.
One of the biggest covered up stories of this country is how this Troikia has decimated many many cities accross the country. Detroit is amazing because it is so big, but the same thing is happening in many other cities. Empty buildings, rampant crime, and all out criminal attacks on innocent citizens. When I first heard the term Feral Youth, I thought it was a joke. It is no joke.
A good rule of thumb is that if they don’t say the crime was done by a white it was a minority. There was a local story here where a black guy killed his g/f; TV stations all told us about the manhunt and the crime - but did not mention his race. How are we supposed to recognize him and let the police know if we don’t have that little bit of info?

They need to stop framing it as a discussion of race, but never will.
A more honest discussion would be about behavior.
Move! Our family relocated from Dayton after the 67-68 race riots in Dayton. Yes, that is what they were called. Dayton, Ohio had a tax base of 1,250 million but today it is under 340,000; I read here at Free Republic recently that over 7,000 buildings are abandoned in Dayton. The city went on to elect a Black Mayor who cussed on Local TV and was a high school drop out. There are more than one level within black culture, but at the street level it is mob rule; at more middle class levels it is so intertwined with the violent levels as to make discussion of crime simply racism. Move. Move. Move.
Any time a Dem says “honest discussion about race”, they mean that they are about to play the race card on anyone who questions them.
Go to Sperling’s best places to find good small towns. Takes some mapquesting and Google conservative towns. My idea of retirement? Cheyenne, Wyoming. Cheyney country! LOL
All these gun control asshats should look up the stats and see who is actually committing the majority of crime and specifically gun related crime. They should “get honest” and talk about the race and demographics of said people if it interests them so much. They want to get to the “root issue” of inner city crime? They should start with the family and work their way up to the federal nanny state.
