Senator Creates Site for Targeted Conservative Groups (Texas)

Senator John Cornyn’s office has launched an online “hotline” for Texans who believe they were unfairly targeted by the IRS to share their stories. Cornyn has already highlighted three separate cases of constituents in a video — including True the Vote, which has filed suit against the IRS — and encourages other groups to speak out.

“Let’s make it clear that Texans will not stand for the kind of behavior typically associated with corrupt tin-pot dictators — not with the greatest democracy in the world,” he writes on his website.

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is encouraging any Michigan residents who feel they or an organization they’re involved with were targeted by the IRS to step forward.

He can't even describe our form of government as a Constitutional Republic to the VERY GROUPS he's attempting to solicit, who do have a firm understanding between a Republic and a "democracy".
