Jay Leno on Tuesday continued his humorous attacks on the current White House resident.
The NBC Tonight Show host concluded a series of opening monologue jokes targeting the administration saying, “That's why President Obama holds press conferences: not to explain what's going on, to find out what's going on” (video follows with transcript and absolutely no need for additional commentary):
JAY LENO: Hey, President Obama gave a commencement address at Morehouse College over the weekend. Great speech, very inspiring. He told the young graduates “Your future is bright,” unless of course they want jobs, then they're totally screwed. But other than that.
And Michelle Obama also gave a commencement address at a high school in Nashville, Tennessee. And the first lady said about her husband, this is what she said. She said, "I could take up a whole afternoon talking about his failures." And today she was offered her own show on Fox News. So how about that? It's amazing. It's amazing.
And a Chicago man has set a new Guinness Book world record for the longest ferris wheel ride. He went 48 hours, 48 hours straight riding the ferris wheel in Chicago’s Navy pier. In fact, the only way to go around and around in circles that many times is to read the official report on Benghazi. That's about the only way to go around and around.
Well, look at this. The White House, the White House has admitted that President Obama’s chief of staff had advanced warning the IRS was targeting conservative groups but never told the president. Well, President Obama says the first time he heard about the IRS scandal and the AP phone records scandal, first time he heard about it was from the media. See, that's why President Obama holds press conferences: not to explain what's going on, to find out what's going on. To find out what – oh, of course.

Leno’s paying back the fag president of NBC entertainment who ordered him not to make Obama jokes.
Question is were the people laughing. I would be.
No question, had there been no cover up, had this come out a year ago, Leno and the others would have painted Obama to be the doofus he is, and any Republican candidate would have won.
Leno is getting booted by the ultra liberals who run NBC. So, apparently, Jay is going to poke those liberals every single chance he gets.

obama has a cabinet meeting once a year whether it is needed or not. but that’s okay, since he knows more than his cabinet secretaries — although that does make one wonder why he thought he needed all of those czars for everything under the sun.
Why do I get the sense that before much longer when I turn on NBC at 11:35PM Eastern I’m gonna find a test pattern or a rerun of The Office?
Jay Leno is a liberal. Three things I find interesting about him. First he strikes me as honest, rare feature for a lib. Second, no one is safe from his jokes, unlike most lib comedians on late night. Lastly, from all accounts, he is a wolkaholic, rare for anyone.
Pretty soon Leno is going to have to watch himself on any late night walks.....

Leno is an “Idealogical Liberal” in that he still has Ideals that may be liberal he hasn’t sunk to the level of realizing what level of control is needed to actually fulfill the Dystopian Ideal of Liberalism...
Obama, and the DNC are “Practical Progesive Liberals” they actually pull the levers of power to advance Liberalism even if it goes against the principles of certain part of Liberalism like freedom of the press, etc..
Bet he’s auditioning for a late night slot on Fox.
Interesting analysis. Often, when I read forums, whether it is here, CNN, MSNBC or Yahoo, I never see anyone make a distiction like you have done. It is always liberals or CONservatives. It is always black and white.
I remember when Rush went on Leno’s show a couple years ago. Leno let Rush run over over a cardboard cut out of Al Gore with a green card. If Rush was on letterman, I think the interview would be tense and akward.
