Criminality Appears To Lie at the Heart of the IRS Scandal
New York Sun ^ | May 23, 2013 | Lawrence Kudlow

When you get right down to it,the political targeting and stalling of tax-exempt applications by the IRS was an effort to defund the Tea Party.

Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election,as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide.

… But there can be only one reason for the stalled-out approval process for conservative groups. The IRS was trying to put them out of business. Thus far, there’s not one wit of contradictory evidence.

Obama’s IRS rigged the election for the democrats/socialists in Congress and for Obama. The socialist Obama must be impeached and imprisoned for this criminal abuse of power

When your philosophy cannot stand in the arena of ideas, you must silence all opposition.

We see this in the IRS scandal....
We see this in the AP/FoxNews scandal...
And we see this in the intimidation tactics of the DHS...

I keep bringing up the DHS, because the truth is somebody in DHS is issuing orders of intimidation against peaceful protesters and we are either going to let this continue or we are going to demand they stop targeting Tea Party, Catholics, Pro-life groups, etc. We chuckle to ourselves about this targeting by DHS, but folks ...wake-up they are not playing games. They are deliberately trying to provoke an incident to have a reason to crackdown. We either understand this intimidation by the government is a violation of our Rights or we don’t really understand our Rights.

Time to get rid of regularly scheduled elections and do RECALL ELECTIONS at any time!!! It’s time to recall this President — he has earned a vote of NO CONFIDENCE

Here is one thing that needs to be done:

Any government employee that testifies that "I don't know" When they are in charge and paid very well to oversee the department they are running, then should be required to return ALL money they have received.
It might trigger some memory. . . . .

To understand leftists, you have to understand that with them there is no right or wrong. There is only what promotes the cause.

IF LIBERALISM IS SO DAMN WONDERFUL WHY DO THEY HAVE TO RESORT TO THESE TACTICS TO FORCE IT ON US?

All they have to do is point to all the other socialist paradises (like Russia, or China, or North Korea, or ...)

"he has earned a vote of NO CONFIDENCE"

Only from us the informed voter who saw through the fraud from the very start. We all thought he had NO CHANCE in '08 and knew he would be sent packing after 4.
His supporters, the uninformed love him.
They get FREE stuff that the mean ole conservatives will take away.

To understand leftists, you have to understand that with them there is no right or wrong. There is only what promotes the cause.

We are facing those for whom the end justifies the means. We have to oppose them and prevent them from making any progress toward their goals. We have to move the ball away from the goal any time we can. There is no compromise with these people, and they will not accept a status quo 30%, 50%, or even 80% of the way to their socialist dream. We have to demand zero socialism and return our country to that level of freedom.

We have to re-enter the education system as teachers and professors and teach the value of freedom. We have to make sure we are the biggest influence on our children's lives and teach them not just that freedom is precious but why it is so important. We have to teach our children why the leftist framing of pro-socialism arguments is both morally wrong and harmful even to those the left pretends to care about.

The IRS was trying to put them out of business.
..........................................................

I would say they did a pretty good job of it.

The problem is Obama voters in Government.
In Japan they start educating their Government workers in grade school, they pick the brightest and work with them.

Here we pick people to work in Government from the bottom of the class rolls. We get people who cannot find work anywhere else. We get them by Affirmative Action.
When you fill an agency with them it is natural they work for what benefits them. The on top of that we let them join a Union which gives money to support a Boss that will give them more Bennies.

A few of the many past articles that now make more sense:

The Decline and Fade of the Tea Party Nov 2011

… But while the Tea Party undoubtedly—and unfortunately—remains influential within the party, for a number of reasons it won't have the same driving, central role in GOP primary politics. Indeed, if 2010 was the year of the Tea Party, 2012 is shaping up to be the cycle in which the establishment strikes back

Democrats declare the tea party ‘over’ Nov 2012

… The 2012 elections have been the undoing of the 2010 Tea Party tsunami that crashed upon Washington. The Tea Party is over.

We already know that IRS GOVERNMENT employees gave heavily to President Obama in 2008 and 2012, and very little to candidates Senator McCain and Governor Romney. But who was the quarterback in all this? Who was managing the targeting operation in the bowels of the IRS, DOJ, FBI, EPA, OSHA, DHS, SUPREME COURT, SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE, SECRET SERVICE, STATE DEPARTMENT, CONGRESS?

The rot is in every single agency, and all three branches, and both political parties.

That's how we wound up with a Kenyan, affirmative-action usurper squatting in the White House with his forged birth certificate, forged selective service form, and his stolen social security numbers.

Every government agency went along with the fraud.

So much for the birthers being conspiracy nuts. There were no shortage of criminals in the government (State and Federal) who were willing to help him out.

Where are all the people who kept saying that there would have to be a GIANT CONSPIRACY of people for the birthers to be correct? Well here you are. The FRICKIN' IRS conspired against the right and the Tea Party. The FRICKEN' IRS. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that many, many people have been conspiring for a while now and that's just the tip of the iceberg here.

We elect people to Congress to represent us. If government employees lie to the Congress, then they are lying to us.

.....silencing opposition is the name of their game......

<><> We see this in the IRS scandal....

<><> We see this in the AP/FoxNews scandal...

... we are either going to let this continue or we are going to demand they stop targeting Tea Party, Catholics, Pro-life groups, etc.....they are not playing games. They are deliberately provoking an incident to have a reason to crackdown (DHS has millions of rounds of ammo). We must understand this is a violation of our Rights.....

WHAT YOU DESCRIBE IS A CLEAR "PATTERN" OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. Under RICO laws this is considered "racketeering" and is eminently prosecutable. Note: Anyone can file a RICO suit (how-to's online)

PAPER TRAIL PATTERN OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR CLEARLY ESTABLISHED At ATF, at DHS, at Justice, at DOE, at FBI, at Boston and Benghazi, at the Federal Reserve Bank, at Solyndra, the answer’s always the same: “Oops. We made a mistake.” And they don’t just make one mistake; they make a series of mistakes, they obfuscate, then lie, then lie about the lie.......

============================================

Also pertinent: we need to get Cong Trey Gowdy and others to look into the practice of "pencil-whipping."

FReeper showme_the_Glory reminds us of the practice of "pencil whipping."

DEFINITION To complete an official form, record, or document without having performed the implied work or without supporting data or evidence. Pencil-whipping an official document incurs jailtime. As well, faslsifying official documents incurs 4-5 felonies and could involve criminal forgery.

Have at it, Trey.

Systemic...top down. This must be what they meant by Chicago politics.

The corruption undermines our whole government system...moves it toward a direction like Mexican government, no credibility, truth or trust.

Rick Santelli, one of the Tea Party founders and my CNBC colleague, was the first to make this point. I’ve taken it a step further: The IRS was taking the Tea Party out of play for the 2012 election,as it looked to avoid a repeat of 2010 and another Tea Party landslide.
+++++++++++
With all due respect to Kudlow and Santelli, it has been common knowledge here at FR for some time that defunding the Tea Parties during the 2012 election cycle was the driver behind the actions taken by the IRS.
