Did not specify what type of “due process” he means, and I think he’a using this phrase to refer to an upcoming “due process” for ordering drone strikes.

It will be interesting to look closely at the phrasing of this speech.

The drone issue and Gitmo are the biggest issues where the media differs from the President. He needs their unwavering support and action to defend him from the scandals. These are his bones to them. He needs the media to attack his critics since the IRS/Justice/Homeland strategy is off the table.
