Fox News Channel hosts Eric Bolling and Geraldo Rivera blew up at each other on Riveras radio program on Tuesday amid an argument over the appropriateness of President Barack Obamas response to the attacks on American diplomatic and service personnel in Benghazi in 2012. Bolling and Rivera battled over Obamas personal culpability in the attacks until Bolling hung up after being accused by Rivera of alleging that the president was a damn murderer.
Rivera opened the interview by criticizing Bollings focus on Obamas actions on the night of the attack. He said that Bolling is buying into a false narrative suggesting that Obama was personally disengaged on the night of the attack.
Bolling said that there are multiple legitimate questions relating to the administrations response to the Benghazi attack, including who gave the order to not respond to the second attack and why the White House first blamed the attack on a YouTube video.

Bolling said that the military abandoned its 237-year-old motto to leave no one behind.
You just heard Eric Bolling make an inflammatory statement alleging the worst kind of comment by the president and the secretary, Rivera said to former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
Its not alleging. Its what happened, Bolling fired back. Theres nothing alleged about that, Geraldo.
What youre alleging is an intentional failure to intervene when they had the opportunity to do that, Spitzer agreed.

Skin color has nothing to do with it.
Ah, but you failed to parse their very Clintonian answer.
See, the White House did not “order” the military to respond, and without that order they could not execute that mission, right?
Most specifically, what the White House did NOT do was to issue a specific order to “Stand down” ....
Most importantly, what the White House spokesman did NOT say was correct: What the White House did NOT do was to “order the mission”.
Gerry Rivets had investigated running for the Senate in Jersey as a Republican. That’s what was going up and down some Jersey sites.
Jerry has a radio show? Three people probabaly got a laugh out of that segment. Spritzer? Didn’t he get caught with a whore? I can’t remember.
Another reason to reform this immigration free for all. Several of these 911 terrorist were in the country illegally, and the leftist bragged about the other foreigners being welcomed in the U.S. legally.
As if giving them temporary legal status made it right to invite in foreign mass murderers with terrorist ties...
We do know that he talked to Hillary about 10 PM. And that, at 10:30, she issued an official release that cited "protests" and blaming a "video" that nobody had ever heard of.
Accordingly, we might legitimately conclude that the President and the Secretary of State had settled on their cover story even before Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty died.
We know damn well that the WH ordered the military to stand down. I thought that much of this is automatic. It has to be. You can’t wait for change of command to respond on every occasion, and must empower your commanders in the field to make these decisions because time is of the essence.
I’m thinking that troups were already mobilized...but while enroute they were told to stand down or stop deployment. This might have resulted in the demotion of some of the military commanders.
It's FOX's attempt to execute the "Fair and Balanced" motto. Since the RATs refer to them as "faux news", "not a real news network", and "shills for the GOP"...it has been an abject failure.
Instead, they should fire the whole progressive lot of them, hire competent commentators and news analysts, and continue with the Fair and Balanced self-description.
In detail:
"We attempt to provide fairness and balance to the overwhelming flood of bias, non-reporting and deliberate misinformation emanating from the majority of the so-called news industry."
Becker often carries Obama’s water. He is a disingenuous liberal who cannot face the inconsistencies of his positions. You cannot easily espouse the banning of Muslim immigrants and, on the other hand, in any way support this president. Incompatible positions.
Thanks Robert A. Cook, PE, well said.

I'm pretty sure he was stoned.
Obama wouldn't be the first such president. JFK was at time zonked, not just on prescribed painkillers for his back, but also pot and even LSD.
Geraldo’s comments certainly NOT A SURPRISE to me! He LOVES Obama and would ALWAYS cover for him no matter what the facts are.
The WWE stuff is not unique to Fox, it is almost universal across similar programming. The difference is that Fox usually has at least a balance of conservatives represented, if not a preponderance.
As for the Fox "food fight' of the day, it happened on Geraldo's syndicated radio show, which is not Fox.
If you do not think Fox is important on getting conservative views aired, you are greatly uninformed.
Jerry Rivera, forever wrong.
“If you do not think Fox is important on getting conservative views aired, you are greatly uninformed.”
Fox actors on radio. Ok. Fox seems to promote the food fight more than anyone else. That’s why the like the dogmatic liberals to be kept around, such as Juan Williams and Whoraldo.
I quit watching Fox after the last election. Fox has one purpose, to provide red meat to the masses. I don’t need, nor do I like Fox. If that makes me uninformed, your definition of uninformed is more than suspect.
Fox News wants a big audience the same way every TV network wants a big audience. Its a business. More viewers mean higher ad rates and bigger profits for Rupert Murdoch.
Fox News is unique (and hated by the left) because they give Republicans and Republican policies a reasonable airing, unlike any other network. In an effort to be 'fair and balanced', something no other network even tries to do, Fox News employs some leftists as commentators, guests, etc. to achieve that 'balance. Inevitably, leftists not used to being seriously challenged, that sometimes erupts into metaphorical 'food fights' that are momentarily entertaining for conservatives because we never see leftists being aggressively challenged anywhere else on network television. It also helps the less-informed see the fallacies that underlie most liberal political positions.
If that seems too contrived for you, Glenn Beck is an interesting alternative but if you seek a 24/7 conservative TV news network, you're out of luck. FR is the best we can do and come to think of it, that isn't too shabby.
