It’s a sad day for both Scouting and for freedom. Indeed, it’s a sad day for America. The century-old Boy Scouts of America (BSA) – created in 1910 to “prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes” – has betrayed its own constituency, mission, oath and law.
Last Thursday, approximately 1,400 adult BSA delegates from around the country gathered in Texas and decided, in a disgracefully lopsided vote, to welcome into its ranks, “open and avowed” homosexuality (boy-on-boy sexual attraction and behavior), thereby disavowing the “morally straight” Scout Oath its members are sworn to uphold.

The intent was to exactly that. For the secularists to take over, they have to uproot everything that smells of Christianity first.
God, please lead my son to make the right decision and remove his sons from the BSA.

The scouts died long ago. When my sons were in...one made Order of the Arrow and Eagle, the other complained about how emasculated it had become and left...we weren’t allowed to cut our own firewood at regional camps! We couldn’t set broken bones or stop bleeding. The scouts were told to call for help first.
Thank God both my sons and my daughter can do things for themselves!

The BSA was besieged with angry calls and E-mails but did they listen? No! The BSA will pay heavily for this with a significant drop in membership. But at least the remaining homo-kiddies will be better prepared for 0bama’s new military.

They are a parasite and disease upon societies. Until this countries leaders turn back to God this will only escalate. Republicans and many Conservatives in name only are losing all moral high ground as they slide into positions of “moderation”. You cannot fight a war moderately and win.

Wow! We did that at just about every camp-out, and we were adept at using hatchets, saws, etc.
1400 supposed straight leaders voted to turn the Boy Scouts into a homosexual club.
This tell me that perhaps 50% of those who voted have already tried the pleasures of sodomy. The others are just plain simple or are tired of being leaders and should have quit.
Really sad. In the 1960’s I loved scouting earning Eagle, God and Country and Order of Arrow. My Dad was a Cub Scout leader, it was a family affair. Now, look what a few have done not only to Scouting but to our Country.
And, as soon as they take over, they lose everything because "sudden destruction comes upon them."
It’s going to be hardly worth it to them in the end, I think. A few doubtless realistically expected to pick the Scouts apart, but most were probably useful idiots who envisioned being able to be “in the Scouts” a la “in the Navy.”
