The fix is in on the Senate side. Our only hope (slim) is that Boner will not bring the bill up in the House. When the bill passes the Senate we need to go to a full court press contacting Boner's office to try to convince him.

BTW, is McConnel being primaried? I would like to contribute to his opponent.

And the ole DC show marches on. The Senate will pass their bill, the house will respond with passing a bill that is tougher on border security, rejects voting rights, rejects amnesty etc., etc. and Boner will claim the conservative high ground. Then, of course, the other shoe drops when the bill hits conference and Boner bones us by naming pro-amnesty RINO’s to the conference who will make sure the final bill really is the Senate bill.

The cherry on top, Obama gets to sign it and take credit for being the mostest bi-partisanest guy ever!! Of course, Boner will proudly stand next to Obama at the signing ceremony while Obama makes a speech chastising the Republicans for having blocked the bill and being at fault for it taking so long to pass in the first place. But hey, Boner is accustomed to being a teary eyed prop by now so this will just be another day in DC for this guy.

I have not yet read the current bill, but I have read previous versions, and more than 90% of each draft I’ve seen would be harmful to our country. McConnell should kill the bill without ever bringing it up.

McConnell, the man with the backbone of a chocolate eclair.

The good people of Tennessee should be ashamed of themselves for electing this fraud again and again. I KNOW he doesn’t represent the way most of them think.

People believe that this will be the coup de grâce to our economic demise? Not to mention, Democrat Party control of a ruined nation and total despotism. I think the fall would be fast.

Jello-Spined McConnell.

The least he could have done would be to offer two Amendents to abolish the Anchor Baby and Hospital Emergency Room Welfare Laws.

With those two sorry Welfare Laws in place the invasion of illegal aliens from Mexico will only increase.

Sen. Rand Paul and Mitch Mc Connell only meets with pro-illegal, pro-amnesty groups
Many Americans are ignored

LEXINGTON, KY – May 28, 2013 – Alliance for Immigration Justice (AIJ), a national organization, promotes reasonable legal immigration and opposes illegal immigration and mass amnesties. AIJ believes in the “rule of law” concept, with members being natural-born citizens, naturalized citizens, legal immigrants and American Latinos.

For over a month, AIJ has partnered with America for Lawful Immigration Solutions Today (ALIST), various state organizations and individuals to promote a roundtable discussion concerning immigration that would include private citizens, national Latino leaders and other conservative groups. Senators Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell have been invited to be part of this effort to voice opinions regarding the immigration issue and the current amnesty bill S744. Those invitations have been ignored.

On Friday, May 24, 2013, Senator Paul met with representatives of pro amnesty organizations. These groups included the Office of the Immigrant Solidarity and Information (OISI), Kentucky Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, Southeast Immigrant Rights Network, Progressive Immigration Compact of Kentucky, KY May Day Coalition, along with a representative of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Louisville and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lexington, and illegal aliens. Sen. Paul has also openly criticized conservatives and voiced his support of amnesty for millions present in the U.S. illegally, which is a violation of law.

However, Sen. Paul doesn’t call it amnesty, legalization or normalization - he now calls it DOCUMENTATION. He also said his own bill, introduced in 2011, would stop birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens in U.S. territory, but that now it would not be needed if solid border security is achieved. How will that border security be achieved without tools to end citizenship to “anchor babies” and to encourage employment verification, issues that Sen. Paul now opposes? The Senator measures border security by feet of fence and walls; illegal immigration can’t be stopped with fences, walls and drones if the attraction of multiple benefits from America is still there. Senator Paul should physically visit the U.S. southern Border States and see firsthand how many people jump the fences daily.

In 2010 Senator Paul said: “I do not support amnesty in any form. Those who wish to come here should respect our laws……we should also recognize that our system of welfare and benefits encourage this behavior… I support the full enforcement of federal immigration laws…”

Sen. Paul supported amnesty and criticized conservatives. It is clear that the senator ‘flip-flopped’ and is not willing to listen to concerns of American citizens and legal immigrants.

Yep, I saw a story last week about how McConnell is quietly pulling the strings behind the scenes. He was the one who asked Rubio to be the front guy for the amnesty bill.

Of course, he would. Newsmax has been running an article about Jeb Bush has been actively involved behind the scenes in this so called (amnesty) immigration reform. Don’t people realize that he speaks for the high rulers of the establishment. I will be so happy when people fully understand the GOP-e wants this amnesty thing, too. They much rather see the issue to just go away before the midterms... than understanding what damage it would do overall to our country and we all know how they fight on principles. (see Obamacare-we need a TP constitutional candidate to take on McConnell)

Two reasons why I won’t contribute to the Republican Party.

What are Boehner and McConnell?
