“Is not the West Point/Annapolis mob more powerful than that from Chicago?”

I think the show is running Obama, he is not running the show. Who is running the generals is a good question.

Maybe the stories about John McCain and the Hanoi Hilton are true.

With McCain I would believe anything bad and little good. He earned that level of disdain.

Not just members of congress. It’s their spouses, their kids, their sibligs. How many people can swear on a bible that ALL their first degree relatives and those of their spouse are 100% clean?

Would you be willing to let one of them go to jail for life for something you could get them out of with a vote?

And what did Petraeus know about Benghazi?

Petraeus, Oct 2012 - "No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate. ”

That statement leaves only a few people: Obama (POTUS), Clinton (SOS), Panetta (SECDEF), or Donilon (NSA). Who else could override the CIA director?

didn’t someone ‘out’ a senator who was texting a 17 year old stripper? It later proved to be his illegitimate daughter—he was keeping tabs on and helping? Was the Senator a Republican or Blue Dog Democrat? What about that?

...they’ve probably got lots of members of Congress caught with their pants down dialing their “girlfriends”.

I suspect this is why we'll NEVER see any impeachment articles drawn up . . . .

Don’t count on it, they’ll settle with Kelly long before this ever gets to the discovery stage. Chump change will keep the Petraeus matter as secret as Obamas BC.

With death-panel-care coming soon it will be ‘do you want X constituent to get that heart bypass?’ ‘Do you want that kid your wife teaches in Sunday school to get that chemotherapy treatment’?

Endless layers of control when they control healthcare and access to treatments.

Which is why the globalist left have been after control of healthcare for 100 years.

Now we know why Boehner’s always crying. So, bonehead, what do they have on you?

You are probably not wrong and that same type of threat likely encompasses much of the GOP and as others have noted...potentially the Supreme Court...

But in a lot ways we need to hold ourselves to blame for them essentially being blackmailed. How is that you say? We try to hold mortal men up to a perfect standard. Consider for a moment all the candidates that attempted to run for the Presidency. Conservatives and especially Republicans hold themselves to a near impossible standard on principles and morality. While admirable, our liberal buddies...cash-in on our guilt.

Fast forward to today and your statement. No one in the GOP can cast the first stone, because all have failed at some point, taken some bribe, etc. So ...all the nation suffers this corruption, this rot from within.

Even a new party would have just mere mortals as candidates, so what should we do? Be like Jesus and tell them to go and sin no more? Be like the court system and give them immunity in exchange for the information needed to stop the regime?

These politicians in DC are mere mortal men, not gods, not perfect and yet we expect them to be...and are always disappointed. We need to be careful our expectations are not unreasonable to the point that they are crippling the party from doing its duty.

I think conservatives are going to have to start recruiting ex porn stars and ex cons to run for office. Only those with nothing to hide can be expected to hold on to their principals with this NSA spying machine in place.

And who now will dare to speak up against it.

Obama’s coup is complete. America is no longer a free country.

The Fundamental Change OBAMA promised is in place. Who will dare to challenge it?

And it’s clear that someone, somehow ‘got’ to Palin. Threats to her family, information that someone she loved was doing something illegal. Something.

This explains why she turned tail before she announced she was running.

And given the reaction by the GOPe to her it’s clear they’re in on all this subterfuge too. Which explains why they’re not screaming like banshees about the unconstitutional-ness of it and even, like Linseed, are defending it.

They’ve ALL got their nasty little fingers in this.

The headline is deceptively inaccurate. From the link:

"William Binney, whistleblower and former NSA crypto-mathematician who served in the agency for decades, said the David Petraeus sex scandal was most likely exposed using illegal surveillance of his email [emphasis added]."
