The real reason Obama cancelled the trip is that, unlike our Enemy Media, African predators know a “home-cooked” meal when they smell it.

Same here. An excuse to load up the cameras and tripods. I am planning on a trek to that airshow in Oshkosh. I have never been to anything like that.
Most times it doesn't include 20 heavily armed SNIPERS surrounding the camera. Would they be using rubber bullets to keep from injuring the animals ?

Let’s face it, the odds of any critter getting close to the massive caravan that would be the Obama safari, is slim to none.
Let’s face it, most of us prefer lions, tigers and cheetahs to the obama family. I know I do.
WH thrashed and in need of replacement. The result of sequester of course. Now whose idea was sequester again?
Why does this moron have a “counter assault” team? And who could possibly serve on that team? Kenyan mercenaries? Shame on any American that serves this beast!
I suspect that technically, these were “counter-snipers”, because US targets, most often our ships, but including land vehicles, often get lit up by jerks in other countries.
I had a friend aboard the Enterprise, who when off the coast of Greece, started getting fire from some jerk with a hunting rifle. They almost didn’t notice, except because of a bit of bad luck, one of the rounds hit right next to where the deck NCO was drinking his coffee. This was unfortunate. It made him vexed.
After a barked order, one or more heavy machine guns cut down an entire row of trees behind the prone gunman. Then, with a brief pause, the gunman got up, threw his rifle off the cliff in front of him, and beat feet.
