The atatute of limitations has run on obama. He’s home free. The statute of limitations has also run on whoever might have forged the selective service card. Since he did not forge his own birth certificate and never claimed it was his birth certificate, it doesn’t touch him, just whoever forged it and made the claim. obama can always claim he was duped.
Earlier, he was guilty of false swearing to receive that bright, shiny, new COLB from HI and using it to perpetrate a fraud. But it’s too late now. I have warned everyone about this since day one.
What people SHOULD have been looking for was his self-sworn APPLICATION for his colb which he didn’t apply for until right before the primaries.
There is no statute of limitations on a foreigner or naturalized citizen usurping the presidency.
What is the statute of limitations on mail fraud, election fraud, money laundering, criminal conspiracy, treason?
There is no way to pronounce him free and clear when not all the facts have been presented yet.
You think if the forger is made known and charged that it won’t effect the usurper? Au contraire. That would be just the beginning.
He made it quite clear that the forged Document was his BC.
He ordered a national press conference to show it off, and mocked anyone who would dare examine it by calling them “Carnival Barkers”.
It’s high time Mr. President explains why his BC is a forged pile of crap.
Show me the definition of “is” in the Constitution. It’s not a dictionary and you know that so quit with the silly definition bs.
So where is the Drivers Licence? I believe you need a Birth Certificate to get one. There is no way someone could go through life without a BC. School, basketball, college, rental agreements, DL’s, SAT’s(ID was required), passport(s), Hopefully this will all come to light soon. Check with NSA for incoming info!
It is a document that spells out the law of the land. No where in it does it spell out that a natural born citizen has to have two citizen parents. So you quit it. As I said on another comment, you can’t make something so just because you wish it, and it is not true that having two citizen parents is a constitutional requirement for natural born citizen, period.
The Selective Service registraton card that was "filled out" for "Obama" was almost certainly produced in 2008, not 1980. That's why they had to forge it with just the digits "80" instead of "1980" as is required by regulation. They used an inverted "2008" pica stamp and simply cut off the "20" part of it.
Forgery for selective service docs may be ‘routine’ for Washington Insiders.

Rep Tom Tancredo born in 1943 and 1945 respectively we felt that Richard Flahavan was possibly covering for Senator Mitch McConnell. In Richard Flahavan’s extract he writes “the U.S. Army ordered him to undergo an Armed Forces Physical Examination which he did July 9, 1967. Apparently, he did not pass because he was released from the U.S. Army Reserve August 15, 1967.” I just love that word apparently!

Richard Flahavan would seem to be the likely ‘cleaner’ for not just Obama but other Washington figures - like Mitch McConnell.
It is absurd beyond dispute to claim that the founders would have vainly or incompetently inserted a superfluous, meaningless word into one of the primary sections of such a painstakingly deliberate document, our country’s very own birth certificate, our Constitution. If they had meant to allow the broader category of “born citizen” they would have succinctly stated such and not bothered to include the further restrictive qualification of being a natural born Citizen, which clearly must exclude many types of mere “born citizens.”
Who are by far the most common, everyday ordinary type of citizens that naturally populate and perpetuate our great country, the type of citizens who, by their very nature, can only be U.S. citizens and nothing else? The answer is obvious – those born exclusively in country jurisdiction to existing U.S. citizens. These are the only type of citizens who are born with 100 percent, red-blooded exclusive allegiance to no other country but America. These are the natural born Citizens.
By blood and by dirt – and the criminal fraud known as obama simply does not qualify.
