Fonda, Ayers, and the rest of the 1960's radicals will NEVER face justice in this world.
Yes, we should spend time and money investigating and deporting Nazi scum. Cases like this send a message: commit the type of atrocities committed by the Nazi scum, and we will never, ever, ever leave you alone. Not if you’re caught right away, and not if you’re caught 70 years later. Never.
We should, of course, be consistent about that (Commie scum and terrorist scum come to mind). But, the fact that we’ve failed in that regard doesn’t mean we should fail here too.
Sickening, isn’t it?
Finding one every year keeps the funding coming ...
Ever notice how much time is spent tracking down Nazi war criminals, yet Japanese war criminals are given a pass, even though the US Gov’t knows where they live.
When this hit the net yesterday, a short Nat Review blog post at about 11:00am CDT. I started reading for 3 hrs. It's all BS started by some leftist in England.
It's not as simple as 'SS = guilty as charged'. He was originally in the Ukrainian Defense Force and it fought solely against communists, and is why no charges were, are, or will be pursued in the Ukraine.
(sorry don't have time for a complete history, spend a few hours searching if you want the whole story and truth)
“In 1943 Mr. Karkoc would have been about 24 years old. Wouldn’t that have been a little young to be a company commander especially since the Nazi military would have been filled with more experienced officers from WW-I?”
maybe, but since this guy was commanding a Ukrainian unit, and not a German one, and he’s Ukrainian himself, his age might have been fairly typical for such an assignment.
I hate Minnesota Nazis.
Agree.
Seems like now between him and Demjanjuk, they only care about going after non-German/Austrian Nazi war criminals......maybe because they also fought against their Soviet heroes.
If you don’t count the prisons for US, Phillipean, Chinese and Koreans, the Japs did not run any concentration camps. The ones in the Phillipeans and those where they did “biological” tests on US prisoners were the worse and that was never brought up. Frankly, I would have nuked the entire nation for those attrocities.
My uncle was a flying CPO in PBYs and PBMs in the Pacific from 42 to 46, a few months stateside for retraining. Around 2011 I was pointing our something about the Obama administration and he said, you know, I have come to the realization I was shooting at the wrong enemy in the war. Sad but it shows how much things have changed over 70 years. We should be deporting Obama not 100yo suspect of crimes.
****Meanwhile, we will NEVER see a similar hunt for people who were Communist Party members under Stalin, Mao, or Pol Pot.***
Yet the Gov’t never had a problem with former Mexican dictator ANTONIO LOPEZ DE SANTA ANNA living on Staten Island in NYC. He later returned to Mexico City where he then died.
And then there were Pro British Indian chiefs who massacred American families on the frontier who were allowed to travel freely in the US. Canadian Mohawk Charles Brant comes to mind.
Thanks reaganaut1. The Partisan Media Shills will soon be claiming that he would never have been apprehended had it not been for NSA spying.
Or this one. US Army Troops killing guerrillas
Besides, MPLS is a “sanctuary city”.
