A "multicultural student group" at Rocky Mountain High School recited the Pledge of Allegiance in Arabic on Monday, replacing "one nation under God" with "one nation under Allah."
School principal Tom Lopez supported the decision to have the pledge recited in this manner, and even after an outraged public contacted the school to complain Lopez stood his ground.
Lopez claims the kids weren't trying to be "un-American," but to "[accentuate] the meaning of the words as regularly spoken in English."

“Allah” is Satan, look it up. In the Koran he calls himself “the great deceiver.” Now WHO else could be the “great deceiver” but Satan himself?
If they just translated the Pledge and recited it in Arabic, they have committed heresay and are subject to being beheaded.
Such a pledge would be outside ‘Islam’.
It may not matter much to the students, but lesser crimes against ‘Islam’ have resulted in uprisings.
I thought the vote was to have the official language Greek.
One further point, "Allah", at least in post-Hijric usage has an implied singularity, meaning "The [One and Only] God", in that there can be only one God.
When Muhammad died in 632, Abu-Bakr (The First Muslim Caliph) is quoted as saying
"O ye men, whoever amongst you worshipped Muhammad, let him know that Muhammad is dead, and whoever amongst you worshipped Allah, let him know that Allah is Living, there is no death for Him."
When this story originally broke back in January, it was reported that this was part of some ‘multicultural’ program, where students periodically recited the edge in different languages. French and Spanish were mentioned, and maybe one or two others.
But don't DARE say it in English, cuz that's offensive to worshippers of the moon god and therefore illegal.

Maybe next week the kids can recite the Lords Prayer in Arabic,
these idiots that are hired cannot stick with curriculam but have to change the idealism of American values to suit their fancy! This is not an Arabic Nation and never will be.

Ditto. It’s not a different language, same meaning in this case. I was always told a true Muslim would never swear or pledge to anything invoking the name Allah.
I find it utterly absurd the way this country has coddled Islam after all the attacks they have made on our countrymen and especially after 9/11.
