If one believes the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the reason certain populations in the U.S. report more cases of HIV isn’t a mystery.
Except to the Obama administration.
The administration seems perplexed about why homosexuals – whom it defines as “men who have sex with men”– along with racial and ethnic minorities, transgender persons and youths 13-29 continue to represent the “overwhelming majority” of the 50,000 new HIV cases reported annually in the U.S.
So now the Obama administration, through the CDC, is working to amass a list of researchers who could investigate and publish, independently of the government, conclusions about “this health disparity in the HIV epidemic,” according to a sources-sought notice that WND discovered via routine database research.

Gee, why do demographics who randomly stick their schlongs in random unsanitary places get a majority of the STDs? It is sooooooooooo unfair.
The reason is the same: these "lifestyles" have practices that are unhealthy. Sharing dirty needles with people who are probably not very healthy to begin with; and, anal sex.
Stop doing those things; and guess what? The number of new cases of Aids would drop dramatically. There is really no secret to the reduction of these diseases; just no will-power within the groups affected.

Unfortunately , like most medical research, this is exactly the way studies are pursued and funded. The researcher sets out to prove an already handsomely compensated theory and when that theory produces more research money to support it..voila, it is proven.
AIDS is an Epidemic? But Major league Baseball ran ads saying “It Gets Better”.
It’s extremely rare to get as a heterosexual male BECAUSE when you have sex the NORMAL way, you don’t tear or rip anything, usually. Thus the blood - infected secretion and vice versa is rare.
When things are inserted anally, you tend to bleed. The same goes with needles, which is blood-blood.
Barbaric practices in Africa have caused a ton of infection as well, combined with malnutrition and bad water, sanitation, and food that break down peoples healthy immune systems, causing them to become infected by HIV easily. Because their bodies have more entries for the disease to enter the blood.
In conclusion, there really needs to be no further studies on HIV contraction, but a cure. We already know why and how it spreads.

Wrong. Vast majority of AIDS in Africa is due to heterosexual vaginal sex with both female —> male and male —> female transmission.

Every reported case of vaginal transmission, female to male, also had another veneral disease present.
