Since when are juvenile offenders are publicized in the press for this kind of offense?

If this 14 year old had stolen a car, tried to evade police and then run down a mother pushing a baby carriage, his name and ID would be WITHHELD “due to his age”. He would (maybe) be tried and then in Juvie Court.

You are right. Had he killed someone his name would not be published. But wear an NRA T-shirt and talk back to the cops and you get your name plastered across the national news!
Someone needs to retain a lawyer.
