Update: In recognition of their linguistic stupidity, Founding Founders has reverted back to Founding Fathers.

OK, let me see if I can sort this out.
Can’t have gender-specific speech.
check.
But a person can choose his gender.
check.
None of this makes any sense to me.
What am I missing?
