Bingo. Here in Illinois this same AD is now being played on TV in the Chicaagoland area. It really gauls me to the max.
That said, I almost had chest pains thinking about foie gras and two servings of fried prawns, washed down by a pair of pina coladas plus four shots of rum and a couple of beers.
Doesn't sound like he was feeling much pain. Perhaps some nausea, which often accompanies a cardiac event. Those last photos demonstrate a haggard man.
