The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, sometimes called Obamacare, runs some 2,600 pages. But the regulations required to implement it dwarf that law.
Some of the estimates Ive heard is that it will require one million pages of regulations, said Al Ertel, chief operating officer of Alliant Health Plans, a Dalton-based not-for-profit provider of health insurance.
Ertel conducted a workshop on the law on Thursday at the Dalton Golf & Country Club. The Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce hosted the event.
Ertel noted that it took federal regulators almost 20 pages just to define a full-time employee for the purposes of the law. The law considers anyone working at least 30 hours a week as a full-time employee. But employers will also have to add up the total hours worked by part-time employees who work less than 30 hours each week and divide them by 30 and count that number as full-time employees under the law, he noted.

If the Rats were smart they would delay the whole thing until after midterm elections because voters are dumb.
Doesn’t everybody know that corporations have deep pockets? They should have no questions about any of this. The intention was that they would not change hiring and employment practices based on this law. They are supposed to keep existing patterns in place, and, they are supposed to pay the bill and STFU, according to the liberals. Just shut up and pay the bill.
All we need to know about this crap law is that the racist obuma plans to murder millions of white people with his death panels. It’s not ovens, but it’s just as effective.
And the federal bureaucrat pigs, including the mercenary secret service traitors, are allowing it to happen.
I simply loathe SCOTUS John Roberts.
in other words it depends on what the definition of the number 30 is...
Aren't we special?
Maybe it's in Hexadecimal or some such base.....
