To add insult to injury, the IRS says it can’t change the system unless it gets permission from Congress:

Just Abolish the IRS with the Fair Tax!!!

In Austin, TX, the car dealers anticipate those Earned Income Credit checks that illegals get from the IRS, no questions asked. They come in with $30,000 cash to buy a truck or SUV and everybody’s happy....except the U.S. taxpayer, who is stupid as a goose.

I doubt the money went to illegals. That much money going to single addresses likely went to organizations like the SEIU. If we can get some actual street numbers, I suspect we’ll know a lot more.

Well, bureaucratic bumbling COULD be involved here.

A flatter tax is the more practical way to go. I say flatter not flat because the latter would be hard to sell. Fair tax has the problem of prebate. That gets people used to government doles even more than today.

They say they can track “networks” from metadata.

But how about this activity to the same address?

And foreigners ARE involved.

Help me understand.

The IRS plan is as follows:

Attract illegal aliens with free money, and then provide support and assistance to these illegal aliens so they can remain in this country long enough to get amnesty and vote Democrat in all coming elections.

The IRS took quite a lot from me this year in taxes. I am not pleased that they reward illegal invaders with our tax money, money that I, in part, provided from the sweat of my brow.

I am a legal American citizen, as natural born as they come. Members of my family have fought in each of this country’s major conflicts since the Civil War. I served in the Marines honorably. I have recited the Pledge of Allegiance with sincere devotion since I was a kid. I have raised responsible, ethical children who will be an asset to, and not a drain on, this country in the future. I have done everything that I was supposed to do. Now, it is time for our leadership to do what they are supposed to do. Reduce our taxes. Be responsible with the finances of the United States. Secure our border. Send illegals home. Don’t treat illegal aliens better than rightful citizens. Do this and you will have fulfilled your duties in office. Do this not and you will earn the distrust and condemnation of all legal Americans.

The IRS sent 11,284 refunds worth a combined $2,164,976 to unauthorized alien workers at a second Atlanta address; 3,608 worth $2,691,448 to a third; and 2,386 worth $1,232,943 to a fourth.

I guess it's a good thing the money isn't actually worth much, eh?

In full seriousness: I'd be surprised if lots of organizations haven't set up scams of this kind: the IRS itself, SEIU and other feral government unions, illegal alien criminal gangs, ordinary American criminal gangs, city governments, et alia. I believe it would be unreasonable to expect criminals not to go for free money, especially when so-called "law enforcement" agencies from coast to coast are wholly engrossed in law-breaking.

Elimate the IRS. The whole organization stinks and the current code is such that fraud is running rampant.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the checks were mailed in boxes, and that the IRS just printed off thousands of checks at a time, an shipped them in bulk.

It’s time for those of us that are legit and bust our azzes working for a living every day to quit paying these rotten bassturds until the IRS is totally abolished. IF everyone did it at once, they wouldn’t last a week without us.

I was talking to my pharmacist. He was absolutely sure about this story. A Mexican family, the husband is illegal, wife legal with two kids. He makes about $80,000.00 a year under the table, tax free of course. Her W2 showed her making 17,000.00 per year, food stamps, etc. she got an $11,000.00 tax refund. Ticked me off so bad, I told him if I knew their names I would turn them in. He said, he was thinking about it.

Meanwhile, my life long friend was taxed more last year than at any point in his life and he still owes $12,000.00 and for what? Being successful.

I am continually stunned at how this monstrosity of a tax code is constitutional; not from a 16th amendment ratification perspective, from the idea that we are all equal which clearly the tax code says otherwise.

The IRS needs scrapped along with the tax code and a fair system that treats everyone equally across the board no matter income level needs put in place. That we even have "income levels" to discern and that the government knows all of our financial dealings is criminal.

You’d think that at some point the mailman, stuffing 24,000 IRS envelopes into the same mailbox, would scratch his head and say “Wait a second now, something’s not right here.”

Just so everybody else would’t have to worry about the math, I crunched the numbers. The results are astounding. In only 2011, three years after the Mahdi’s Immaculation, the IRS paid a total of $81,352,307 to 53,994 illegal aliens allegedly residing at only 10 locations running from the far west at Oxnard, CA to Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with an average of 5,399 “residents” per location.

This could have only happened due to a massive, coordinated scheme originating at the highest levels of the regime, just as the massive, coordinated, multi-agency attack or patriotic organizations arose and was conducted at the same time, right after the 2010 election. IMHO it’s pretty clear the lion’s share of the stolen money found its way back to the DemonCrap party through one illegal route or another. Hell, this was almost enough to pay for the Mahdi’s and Moochelle’s magnificent African junket, all while the Marines are forced to eat MREs in Afganistan because there’s not enough money to pay for hot food.
