Gotta give proper credit to Mike Gallagher (a talk show host who runs here on a 25 watt station between Midnight and 5AM). He more or less predicted that once the Beltway started working on Rubio his ego would get the best of him.
Next generation Juan MeCain & Linda Gramnesty.
Nothing more than a con man.
All these F’ers act like they will never have to stand for election ever again.Do they know something that we don’t?
Judging by his actions, I think he's just another political poser/salesperson who can speak "conservative" when it helps him as fluently as he can speak Español.
And, now we're stuck with him, a known quantity who unfortunately will taint good philosophy with his deceitful actions.
Perhaps his role/purpose has been to trash the conservative label. If so, he's doing a great job!
Of course he does. This is the rubes meal ticket to greater heights...use your imagination to view THAT picture
Marco Rubio has lied endlessly. He has nothing now but a appearance of dishonesty. That is by his own behavior, right. He has to continue this lie because he knows his supporters are leaving him. He’s saving face for his life in the inside bubble of the inside class. He gave the Florida voters the finger and betrayed America. Rubio’s legacy.
Birds of feather.
Essentially, none. It probably won't even be brought to the floor.
The House will vote on its own immigration bill -- which will likely be border security first and foremost, normalization second (if at all).
Then will come the Conference Committee, trying to reconcile between the two bills. And that is where the risk occurs.
Boehner will be responsible for appointing the House conferees. If he chooses a bunch of squishes, then the Senate bill will prevail in the Conference Committee. And the "compromise" bill will be brought before the House -- and passed by the votes of virtually every Democrat and 18-or-so RINOS.
Whether "Comprehensive Immmigration Reform" succeeds or not is, at bottom, in the hands of John Boehner.
Sorry. A U.S. Senator cannot be recalled. Nor can a Congressman, nor a President.
Senators and Congressmen may be expelled by a 2/3 vote of their Chamber. A President may be impeached and convicted.
Aside from death or resignation -- these are the only ways of removing an elected federal official.
And, of all the "interested parties" in this border security debate, who has the most money to spend? And is most skilled in the art of laundering the money?
Would that not be the drug cartels?
I'm not accusing Rubio of taking drug money. But it would be naive of us not to assume that the cartels are heavily involved in this issue. We just don't know how, how much...and with who.
Rubio is a man without a compass. Shame on him and those that refuse to acknowledge his feeble character.
Correctomundo.

I wish I could scream the following from the rooftop, but do not seem to have the ability to make it widely known; If you control the dialogue, you control the issue.
RINOs and libs control gained control of the issue when they, unchallenged - merged the invasion of our southern border into an immigration issue! Understand that, and we can understand how Americans have been duped. THIS WAS NEVER ABOUT IMMIGRATION, but now Obama and his predecessors, ignoring their few actual Constitutional mandates - protecting the USA borders - is magically legitimized as feel good political dogma.
For conservatives to regain the issue, we MUST regain the dialogue! This is ONLY about America being invaded by a foreign country; Mexico. Resolve this invasion alone! If people wish to tweak our immigration policy, then do so separately. Immigration is important - but totally unrelated to whats happening on our sothern borders!
