Ted Cruz Exposes the Amnesty Bill… $5000 Penalty for Hiring Citizens Over Legalized Aliens...

"Ted Cruz Exposes the Amnesty Bill… $5000 Penalty for Hiring Citizens Over Legalized Aliens… SERIOUSLY!!!"

We can’t possibly expect our Senators to read a 1200 page bill before voting on it. Can we? Well Thank God Ted Cruz read it. Not only did Cruz read it but he schooled anyone who would listen from the Senate floor on Tuesday. Cruz found a loophole that actually penalizes an employer $5000 for hiring a citizen over a legalized alien. Seriously. You can’t make this stuff up. Senator Cruz was quoted as saying:

“I filed an amendment that would have corrected one of the most egregious aspects of the gang of eight bill as it intersects with Obamacare legislation, namely a penalty imposed on U.S. employers for hiring U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents. This bill says if an employer hires a citizen or a legal immigrant, the IRS can impose a $5,000 penalty on that employer. But if the employer instead hires someone with RPI status, that penalty will go away. That is utterly and completely indefensible.”

Maybe she had a microphone in her ear to coach her statements

Not a low-information voter but a no-information voter.

“Why hasn’t the RNC found out who inserted this “provision” and named them in attack ads?”

This is the funniest post thus far.

The answer is because the RNC wants the bill to pass, and to make it even worse they want everything that is in it.

If Cruz is so damn upset AFTER the vote, why didn’t he object to the unanimous consent required to dispense with the reading of the bill?

EVERY single person in Congress is a crook, a pervert or a liar. Some are all three. We are being given bread and circuses and they are laughing at us.

For the NSA trolls, FU.

Yet, guys like Mike Savage ignorantly ask where Ted Cruz has been on this last night.

What?? Ted Cruz is one of the only Senate conservatives who's consistently fought back against the Gang of 8 treason bill!

Michael (Savage) Weiner is a mentally unbalanced, low information moron with a microphone.

I turned him off a decade ago.

There is a pent up anger and it’s going to go “boom” one way or another.

Agreed. There's a patriot protest movement that is catching on like wildfire. It's called Overpasses for Obama's Impeachment. They're organizing on Facebook, and have chapters springing up in all 50 states and in most major cities.

The idea is to stage protests with signs and banners on overpasses over busy roads and freeways. Some folks did it in SoCal, and it made news across the country. Now others are picking up on the idea and running with it.

It's my hope that it blossoms into a full-blown patriot civil disobedience movement. It's our last step before complete breakdown of the civil order and something much worse.

Ted Cruz voted against cloture, or didn't you know that?

“Our government craps on us every day. WHY do we allow it??”

Jefferson had the answer to your question, “When the people FEAR the government you have tyranny, when the government fears the people you have liberty.”

Our dictators do not fear the people, they hide behind concrete barriers, armed thugs in uniforms, laws that turn all of us in to law breakers.

Get used to being on your knees America!

Yes, I received an email on that today. Thanks.

You bet we’ll see people venting their anger and frustration in different ways. Many people aren’t going to simply watch as their country is destroyed before their eyes.

I’m now looking upon about 50% of the zombies out there as the enemy. When SHTF they’ll get no help or sympathy from me.

I see no reason the newly legalized shouldn’t be required to have health coverage and the people who hire them be subject to penalties for not offering coverage. But, the newly legalized must not be eligible for any type of subsidy and the hiring companies should receive reduced incentives for offering health care.

To have the newly legalized be exempt from coverage is insane but they have to pay full price.

They’re still running the numbers - 30 million more whining, foot stamping members dues paying members means alot of cash.
