A man suspected of having invaded that New Jersey home and severely attacked the woman, including throwing her down the basement stairs has been arrested and charged with first degree attempted murder, first degree robbery, 2nd degree burglary and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Custis is a career criminal with 12 felony convictions and a long record dating back to the early 90s. He was most recently jailed in connection with a string of burglaries across New Jersey in March 2011. He served 10 months in jail and was released in December, according to court records.

I just did some quick napkin math. They report felony convictions dating back to the early 90's. He may of well had his juvenile records sealed. I think this perp is rotten to the core.
