"In an upcoming book by Dan Balz of The Washington Post, Romney expresses regret for how hard he attacked his Republican rivals — especially Texas Gov. Rick Perry — on their immigration stances."

Spurred on by Tokyo Rove and the treasonous GOP-e, the mighty abortionist/homosexualist big government mandate-loving "conservative" Myth Romney destroys all conservatives before him, then rolls over like a dog for the Marxist Obama. But he apologizes for all that now. Governor Perry would've been infinitely better against Obama than Romney. Even Gingrich. But the GOP-e knew better. Never forget!!

True story. Unfortunate that he kind of hosed himself.

He may still have a trick or two up his sleeve though.

Leave it to the Republican Party to nominate someone who's responsible for implementing a policy that almost every Republican opposes.

Not Gov. Palin, Mr. RomneyCARE???

Of course not, Mr. RomneyCARE.
SHE is a woman and below Mr. RomneyCARE.

NOTE:
Mr. RomneyCARE was not even competing with her.
The SOB was jealous that a woman took his place.

Mr. RomneyCARE has given America ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE,
and Obama-the-Undocumented Terrorist-supporter.

Romney - the Van der Sloot RINO

Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers…
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide…
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."

The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"I’m told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palin’s people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romney’s former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
… aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.

"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off ….hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the “Diva” leak was Nicolle Wallace’s husband."

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

Romney’s fist mistake was not inviting Sarah to speak at any rallies.

According to the article, Romney called on “self-deportation” of illegal aliens, while Gingrich advocated not separating families who came here illegally, and Perry offered in-state tuition to students regardless of their immigration status.

Romney may have had his shortcomings, but at least in this particular area, Romney seems to have been the toughest one on illegal immigration, in comparison to the other two.

And of course there is no comparison between any of the three vs Obama.

Yeah I liked Perry for a while until he imploded in that debate and looked like a total dumnass. GOP-E didnt do it. No, he off-ed himself. It’s sad really because Perry is a great American. So we need someone like Perry but without the Doofus sauce.

This article still makes Perry look like he was giving away the store to Hispanics.
Perry was not.
He was working within the reality of what the Feds have forced on us.

Perry could not even veto the “in state tuition” bill
Which was overwhelmingly passed into law, NOT because we want to give free college to illegals, but because we are stuck with them in Tx due to the Fed.
The Fed says, “you cant deport em,and you must give them education K-12”
So we said, “Do we limit them to HS and have them become potential burdens on the tax payers of Tx? or do we allow them to become productive by affording them the same tuition that we would have given anyone else that lived here all their life?
We chose the later with the caveat that you must become a legalized citizen.

Because the RINOS lost, they go crawling off to the enemy to ask them why.
And the enemy wisely gives them bad advice, and, being stupid RINOS they fall for it.

I supported Romney because I felt he was better than Obama

I will NEVER vote RINO again. I will only vote conservative, and, if the GOP is stupid enough to believe they can win elections by running Democrat Lite, the GOP deserves to die. And I in my own little way will help tfhe process withmy vote.

Somewhat irrelevant. Romney could have doubled his level of Hispanic support and still lost. And none of the GOP candidates would have received enough Hispanic votes to make a difference. The difference-making votes were with other demographics. I have become resigned to the fact that this country isn’t white enough to defeat a hipster, Marxist, half black community organizer.

If Romney’s trying to apologize now, what’s his motive?

A re-entry into politics?

He’s DEAD, Jim.

NE gungrabbing left-winger who helped implement homo marriage, and described himself as “severely conservative”. I will not vote for anything like that again, because with something like that, a win is still a loss.
