Kookcinch makes a push towards Single Payer and says those evil insurance companies are making those evil profits. We all know the gummit is so honest and safe compared to private enterprise.

Why does FOX have an obvious communist as an analyst?

Great stuff Bob.When I analyze how we got here, where we are today, I keep coming up with corruption and as you say power and privilege. Great summary. We need a straight shooter who is really concerned about the country to run it and soon.

I can’t speak for other states but here in SC, with the exception of RINO Graham and Dem Clyburn, our entire US congressional delegation is solid TEA Party and have voted that way since they were elected.
We seriously believe we can oust Linda, keep Tim Scott in DeMint’s seat and maybe even dump Clyburn...his district is heavily African American but our black folk tend to be a bit more conservative than most and they ain’t none to happy with Obama’s treatment of our state and everyone knows Clyburn is an Obama butt smoocher.

Many of the old folks here, like my Granpa, voted democrat till the day they died.

I used to argue with him all the time about it. Explaining that the Republicans were no longer the party of Yankee abolitionists and the democrats were just plain old communists...

I did get him once, when, after declaring my desire to vote for Reagan in 1984, he was mad at me, but then I pointed out how Jesse Jackson was running for the dem nomination. He was left sputtering and cursing, but did not have a comeback! He died not long after that, and did not see his democrats auger fully into communism. He would have HATED Obama (he was an old school segregationist).

Still, I ask, are we not seeing such political winds change again? It is not up to me to abandon the Republicans, but up to the party elites. I will always support conservatism; will they?

Note: I do not think this is happening in Alabama too much, but I correspond with Shelby and he is mostly a RINO, too.

We need leaders with the vision and character of the men who founded our Nation 237 years ago. They put everything on the line for the principle of self-government.

Now 300 million people are becoming vassals to a court system, emanating from DC.

Speaking of the Washington, DC law firm of Patton Boggs - Chevron in their offensive against the Ecuador (Texaco) pollution case is causing Patton Boggs about $450 million in pain. WSJ article - There may be some payback to the Washington elites after all.

Hasn’t the Obozo regime caused enough damage in the ME? Why don’t we hold their coats and let them fight among themselves and we will negotiate with the winner?

Oh yeah, we refuse to develop our own energy making us slaves to their resources.

Pray for America to Wake Up

These Sunday 'news' programs are supposed to contain relevant information and opinion but week after week they simply showcase 90% liberal rat propaganda and 10% McCain and other RINOrats.

I DVR all the shows and find I'm FF through most of them. They treat true conservative opinion like some nasty disease that might infect them.

Why not condense all the show to just one: "Meet The Liberal Press" w/DNC Dave interviewing Chris, Stuffy, Bob and Candy.

Bob Bob, Bob,can you show me a viable path to re-establishing conservatism in America other than throwing out the rinos and the GOP-E from the Republican Party and literally taking it back? And don’t tell me a third party is the answer. That’s a sure pathway to losing the country permanently.

I am as sick of the National Republican party as you are but, if we all give up and vote anyone but, we are the ones that will be screwed. We need to do more than complain on the blogs, etc. Get active in the party. It will take time to undo what we have allowed to happen. At lease, in Alabama, we have made great strides.

Great post mtnwmn! I totally agree.

Your comment on fascism & communism are spot on.

The ONLY think that will keep this country from going down this road is the Rule of Law - especially Private property ownership - If it still exists after the 2005 Supreme Court’s unconstitutional ruling in Kelo vs. city of New London

Lots of wisdom there bray. In other words no matter who we get in Egypt they will still embrace sharia and the cult that is islam. I guess about the most we can hope for is to get the least abrasive terror types running the country.Scary times we live in.

For sure. Embracing every form of energy we can including coal is such an obvious pathway for our future.Too bad its being fought tooth and nail by the regime!! that should let people know where these commies really stand.

Yep, Bray, it is frustrating, but venting the obvious is sometimes cathartic.
