I agree, she was just nasty to the defense, again, when they argued for all closing arguments to be on the same day (Friday). Her comments before hurrying out of the courtroom were, “the scheduled worked for her.”
...so if Mr. Zimmerman is found guilty; do white people get to riot? I’ve had my eye on this hot tub...
Nope, you only "get" beat up, or thrown in jail for trying to protect yourself.
Riddle me this.. can she vacate the decision and render a guilty verdict from the bench? Or can she declare a mistrial and vacate the decision for retrial on her own?
Or in Zimmerman’s case, beat up AND thrown in jail!

So, it's more likely she was simply hoping to convince him to ignore his lawyers and testify and thereby give the prosecution a crack at tripping him up.

When you find out that DoJ is ginning up protests in this case, it’s not hard to imagine this judge has a direct hot line to Holder...
The people of the state of FL need to be looking into ways to remove this woman from the bench permanently.

I believe the judge was trying to prejudice the jury.
The jury was out of the room both times the judge asked Zimmerman about testifying. The big issue about the first time was that the defense still had more witnesses to call, and the defendant can wait until the last minute before the defense rests to decide whether or not to testify. So she was out of line to try to badger him into making a decision at that point in the trial.
That works.

well, go ahead..
the judge was elected to her positition..
after this trial, she will be elected again..
the problem is not the judge, or the court..
the problem is the goddamn people who elect these self righterous bastards to public office in the first place..
same goes for president, governor, senator, representative, or even the goddamn dog catcher..
i am done campaigning for people that do not know the difference between 2 AND 4....
all I can do is protect myself and my family..
