There has to be a way for the jury to be told this, because even I had no clue about this..Ive heard about people serving 4-5 years for manslaughter..but I think in the state of Florida, if the victim is under the age of 18 and a gun is used simple manslaughter can get you the same sentence as 2nd degree murder..been hearing that repeated over and over on Greta’s show by Judge Alex and others
The evil news media created this story and is inciting riots.
Zimmerman isn’t even a white male but a Hispanic.
Now the media has all of us talking about this trial when we should be focusing on stopping the awful Amnesty bill.

Zimmerman is a white Hispanic - meaning that his family was primarily Spanish speaking European without a large admixture of African blood. There are also black Hispanics, mostly from the Caribbean, who are Spanish speakers but have a mixed Spanish-African heritage.
And there are many”Hispanics” who have no Southern European blood but came from Germany or France or from England or Ireland but have been living in a Spanish speaking culture for generations.
During the Rodney King riots I took my family to Disneyland.

I very much agree that the judge gave cause for a mistrial if not removal from the bench of justice. I have seen my fill of low level wannabe rulers going the lawyer-judge political route. Law schools make a good pot of money catering to such whims.

However, I am sure it wouldn’t take this bunch long to come up with a ‘new’ solution to get him into Federal Court.
Of course, I guess they would be just as happy to get him into the ‘GenPop’ of the local lockup BUT would imagine the “Latinos and Aryans would take on the ‘Brothers’ if it came to that”.
That may be an interesting and the best way to settle this.
Most judges I know about are on the bench because they’re too incompetent or too lazy to make a living in private practice. Being a judge in Florida is a cushy job with a big pension.
