Obama 's foreign policy ratings plummet: Americans want a winner, not a weakling
The Telegraph (UK) ^ | July 11, 2013 | Peter Foster

A fascinating new poll is out today that shows Barack Obama's foreign policy approval rating has plummeted over the last two months.

On May 1 the Quinnipiac poll found that 47 per cent of Americans approved of Mr Obama's handling of foreign policy, while 43 per cent disapproved. Two months later the same pollster has Mr Obama running a 12-point negative rating – 52 per cent disapprove, compared with 40 that approve.

This is not about having naive expectations, but matching the expectations of the American public, who for all their war-weariness still feel in their bones (like it or not) that America is there to make the world a better place.

I’d settle for a weakling.

They are weakening the country severely, but it’s part of the plan

It’s all rigged. The approval ratings, the election results, the media coverage. I think it’s all Kabuki Theater. We are slaves and pawns to an unbelievable degree.

I think the white guilt crowd will never say anything bad about Barry. They’re afraid the pollster on the other end of the line will call them a “rasis”.

I just finished a book about America being drawn into WW1 in-spite of Woodrow Wilson's desire to stay neutral. It's called “The Zimmermann Telegram.”

The more I read about Wilson (who I knew little about beforehand), the more I am reading about Obama. The parallels are striking.

The sad thing his ratings are dropping simply because people are paying attention now.

If they had been paying attention years ago, he would never have been reelected. Unfortunately, he’s already caused major damage.

Anything over a zero is to high. Have you noticed how his woman does not allow him to be alone with her girls? You never see a picture of him alone with the girls, you did in his first couple of weeks in office but not for the past two or three years.

"America being drawn into WW1 in-spite of Woodrow Wilson's desire to stay neutral"

Perhaps a decent book...

But name the presidents from 1900 onward who started major wars... are all democRats - or precipitated by democRats, except Iraq.

The point being - the big American wars have been presided over by democRats = WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan (could have been avoided by Klinton)...

Now, any major country in the Middle East can be the next flash point..

Might as well throw in our Civil War (started at Battle of Fort Sumter in South Carolina).

It started with John Brown’s terrorist attack on Harper’s Ferry. An attack funded by Boston intellectuals and widely cheered throughout the North, where the murderer was claimed to be the equivalent of Christ.
