Four men were arrested in less than three hours Friday in Clark State Forest and two men were arrested near Falls of the Ohio State Park a week ago.

Soon after one of the undercover officers sat on a piece of driftwood on a trail about 1 p.m. July 9, he was approached by Samuel Elmore, 64, of Louisville. Spainhour said the men were initially engaged in a conversation about the weather and how secluded the area was.
“After a very brief conversation, Mr. Elmore reached up the shorts of our officer and attempted to touch the genitalia of the officer,” Spainhour said.
Elmore was not only preliminarily charged with public indecency, but also class B misdemeanor battery for the attempted physical contact. Spainhour said Elmore admitted that he had a lapse in judgment and it was the first time he had behaved in that manner.
About an hour later, as one of the officers was walking along a trail in the area, he came upon Carlos M. Berrios, 47, of East 11th Street in New Albany. Spainhour said Berrios had his back to the officer, but was seen masturbating. He said Berrios later stated that he was only urinating.

The officer drove into a parking lot and walked to a nearby shelter. When he returned to the parking lot, he found Mount in a parked vehicle that had pulled close to the officer’s. Spainhour said Mount flashed his headlamps at the oncoming officer, even though it was the middle of the day.
As the officer approached the vehicle, “Mount was already manipulating himself then he exposed himself and asked the officer if he liked it,” Spainhour said.

Yep, Dept of natural resources, as someone pointed out. Ain’t it great? Obviously why the DNR exists. They probably my have their own SWAT teams.
Can’t go into certain rest stops along the highway without some old perv coming in and touching himself. Called the HWP many a time. All I get is a sigh from the dispatcher and “We already know”.

My wife stayed in the vehicle for a minute while I went into use the restroom. Standing in the restroom was some freak about 60-65 playing with himself. The freak apparently finished and exited.
I pissed and exited. As I was walking out of the building, my wife and kids were walking towards it. As soon as they passed the freak, he turned about and started to follow them - obviously interested in them.
When I pulled my CCW and held it by my side........he suddenly determined he didn't need to go back in, changed course, and quickly made his way toward the parking lot. I followed my wife to the ladies' room and posted outside the door.
I wish I would've been able to determine his license plate, make, model etc, but I was more concerned about being near my wife and kids.
DNR are basically forest rangers. When they see hetro couples up in the bushes getting it on, they just sneak up and watch for a while. Then they wander away and go somewhere and choke the chicken.

I support them doing this. I like to take my small children camping and hiking on public lands paid for by my tax dollars and I don’t want them to see this stuff. I don’t care what these folks want to do in the privacy of their own home where my children don’t see it, but these guys are disgusting and it’s indecent. I would feel the same way if there was a public park where women met with men for casual sex.
I guarantee you DNR gets complaints when public lands become a pickle park. Allowing this activity to take place unchecked brings more crime to the area. Nobody wants this filth in their community. These men don’t just leave bodily fluids everywhere - they often leave used condoms and drug paraphernalia where others to include kids are exposed to it.
It’s disgusting. Period. They have taken over many public locations paid for by all taxpayers for purposes of random sex with strangers - rest of us be damned.
