That is nice and a grand gesture. You are a liberal, one world order, political animal but you are a nice man with class. Now convince jebby to stay retired. With all due respect... America cannot endure any more of your DNA.

Not true. 21 years ago my 2 year old little boy had leukemia. He knew he was sick. That little boy so reminds me of my little boy. I can certainly appreciate what the family is experiencing. This is a wonderful way of showing the family support.

I have had my differences with both Bushes but they are good people and have more class in one finger than the entire rat party has collectively. Sigh. There was a time when I was proud to support a president.

All I’m saying is he didn’t deserve to be skewered like that on a thread that started out to be non-political
.............
As long as you don’t mind the Bush’s fame and good name giving aid and comfort to the like’s of McCain Lamar Alexander and various amnesty pubbies in the house—then what the hey.

Trouble is we’re still in the middle of a death match over the fate of the country. This year’s amnesty battle is far from over.

I trust you understand that.

What a shame you couldn’t wait for another thread to voice such an opinion.

this site and it’s participants are becomming so fragmented on perfection that it’s becoming a pain to even lurk here any more........

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Jesus could return and announce He’s going to run for office and the Puritans here would run Him out of town simply because he chose to feed the masses without charging them........IOW, the first recorded account of Welfare handouts......
...........
Gents I trust you understand we’re still in the middle of the amnesty fight in the house over the fate of the republic and the republican party is at stake. The tide has turned but the pubbies are still capable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. The bushes are all pro amnesty open borders guys. It keeps their family real peaceful like because they’re a border family. So border that even W Bush’s counterpart Vincente Fox had no respect at all for W.

It’s amazing...an elderly ex-President does an extremely classy and heartwarming thing, and the FR haters come out in force. Jeez louise, some of you need to lighten up.
.......
You’re right of course. But the Bush’s are all open borders guys and this is the sort of AP news that’s meant to humanize republic murderers.

On Freerepublic—two posts before this nice human interest story on the bush the elder—was this article
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3047016/posts
Menendez: ‘Conference’ Will Get Amnesty Past House GOP
Breitbart: Big Government ^ | July 24, 2013 | Matthew Boyle

Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), a member of the Senate’s “Gang of Eight,” told liberal activists at the Center for American Progress (CAP) on Wednesday how the Democrats plans to enact amnesty for the 11 million illegal immigrants: Get the House to pass whatever immigration bills it likes, then go to “conference” with the Senate bill.
.........
What you have to conclude is that the reason we see the nice human interest AP story about Bush the Elder—is so as to humanize the republic and republican killers while others stick in the stiletto.

If you wanted to bitch about President Bush you could've just started your own thread.
I ignored you the first time-but apparently you didn't get the message.

Going back now to the subject of THIS thread...I repeat:

Simply wonderful Mr. President.

I miss you and your very classy family :)

I didn’t mean he would not remember he was sick. I meant he would not remember sitting on the presidents lap. There will be photographs and he will be told the story but I seriously doubt he will remember it.

hey they are a class act but they will never do you and yours a lick of good because they do not believe in you and yours. They are fundamentally double minded. That just goes with the territory when you live near the border and you speak both english and spanish.

I apologize in advance if you were being serious.

I wuz also being serious. It just happens to be true both backwards and forwards. Heck Vincente Fox is a class act but he’s less double minded than the Bush’s. (He could be reliably counted on to advocate Mexican interests.)
