Of course he isn’t. They’re both arrogant democRATs. Clinton survived his perverted past, they believe they will too, though I doubt either man stands a chance. They’re just prolonging the agony and perpetuating the negative news stories that have dominated each man. And for that I am thankful.

Both men may be arrogant liberals but here is one big difference between the two; Weiner is polling second so he still has supporters and possibly a chance. Aside from Marti Emerald, I don’t think anyone in SD is supporting Filner.

I actually heard some woman say he's innocent until proved guilty. I was screaming at the tv, "he's already admitted what he did by saying he's going to get treatment, ya maroon!"
They are going to push him out, I think. All but 2 of the city councilmen are calling for him to resign (and they are getting a lot of pressure to make it unanimous), plus the national Dems (Pelosi, Wassermen-schultz, etc) won't go near the slime much less back him up.
He is going to be forced into the realization that he's done. I just hope it's before we have to foot the bill for a recall!
Filner is probably waiting for a nice financial offer from the city to get rid of him. Maybe a nice big severance payment and full pension for life, as if he had served out two terms, plus full defense costs and indemnity from civil claims by the victims. That would be just about right. (s)
The Dems would approve it, because it isn’t their money.
If he won't quit, recall him, impeach him or do whatever you need to do under San Diego rules to get this guy out of office ASAP!

Yes, i saw them on TV - totally naked from the neck up, short skirts, bare arms and legs, etc.
I could see this as not totally out of the realm of possibilities!
I hear he's waiting two weeks for his special treatment because there are some votes coming up that he owes the unions. Gotta pay off those campaign donations....
Only a resume enhancement if (1)already in the Oval Office. Everyone else gets tossed under the bus and driven over by the Dem elites. Except, of course, homos and non-whites. There is definetly a hierarchy of those in the Dem Party who will be defended vehemently, no matter what.
