Why have there been so few openly gay ambassadors?

Maybe... just maybe... because their sex life is not something that should be on the front page headlines when they are negotiating sensitive treaties and agreements, particularly in many cultures and societies that view open sexuality of ANY kind to be improper? Could that POSSIBLY be it, you twit of a journalism major?

There are very few openly promiscuous ambassadors, as well. I'm sure some ARE, but they're smart enough to "keep in the closet", so to speak, so they can keep their cushy job.

What kind of mind wonders how many openly homosexual ambassadors have been out there?

Realy? Have you ever been at an Embassy or Consulate abroad, or on the Seventh Floor at Main State and seen her "female security detail" comprised of Diplomatic Security Agents. Maybe you would like to sugar coat her sexuality as Bi-sexuality then, and I would not deny her that....

Hillary also promoted from her first day in the job as Secretary State the very same LGBT Agenda the DOD is now implementing, e.g., your partner becomes entitled to all the rights of family members and spouses. An example is Rio de Janeiro where a second generation black FSO went to Pakistan and his Brazilian boyfriend was given his official residence to live in for excess of one year during that deployment, and if they remain together will fly to Bangkok on the tax payers dime - there is no Congressional funding so this comes from discretionary funding for over five years. Both the Congress and Senate have been aware of the use of official funds to promote this type of diversity. Interesting, challenges to this diversity in the form of normal married couples wanting a third partner did not fly but the real problem is an Agenda was funded with official government monies, even though not codified in Law. There is no budget.
